I own a couple of car washes in Utah. This car wash is excellent. Maintenance has been up to date. Only thing Id like to see is possibly an autoteller for payment. But other than that the vacuums werent great little lady helping us getting into the car wash had a great personality.

This car wash consistently provides a great wash but the last time I went I had both of my license plate light covers on my back bumper pulled off of the bumper, one was fixable while the other was broken and could not be fixed. Each light cover costs $120 apiece at the Nissan dealership. I was able to buy cheaper versions on ebay but they dont match the color of everything else on the bumper. Needless to say this will be my last wash with Kaady.

Very easy, very quick. I typically recommend doing the $12 premium wash. It does your whole car and leaves it pretty spotless everytime.CAUTION: ANY LOOSE BUMPERS WILL COME OFF EVEN IF IT SEEMS STURDY ENOUGH TO HANDLE IT....IT WONT. TRUST ME LOL

This car wash chipped the paint off my 2004 CRV in multiple places. Just went through and pulled their blue fibers out of the chipped areas. Beware if you like your paint. Not coming back

Two attendants. Got right in. They let you use the vacuum beyond the standard minutes. The vacuums also work well.

Its okay if youre in a hurry or its raining and you want the big hunks washed off.

I showed up here today after a flock of birds absolutely destroyed the left side of my car. The employee checking me in graciously offered to let me go through the wash to make sure the mess was completely clean. After going through a 2nd time, the manager stopped me on my way out and told me to circle back for a free 3rd wash! Needless to say my car was sparkling clean! Highly recommend and definitely going back for future washes.

Free vacuums. anytime I need to wash my car actually look for a kaady car wash because they give you a good wash with good quality materials and free vacuums. the stuff always seems friendly and they give me free wipes when Im going in. I find that the $8 option works fine for me

Quick and easy cleans the car up pretty well for the most part. You can also use the vacuums provided to clean the inside of your car. The suction isnt all that great but does alright.

Love it. Convenient. Fast. Friendly service. Price is right.Not always 100% clean, but its usually old and dry bug stuff and sap that have accumulated since the last wash. It takes 10 minutes at home to get rid of.Suggest going in the AM. No line.See you there.

Worst car wash ever. 3 guys were working when I arrived - one directed me in to the car wash, one took my money and the other did nothing. No pre-wash and little to no customer service. My car came out just as dirty as it went in. If I hadn’t been on a schedule to get some where, I would have gone back and asked for my money back. Awful. Not worth the money at all.

Just a quick thank you to the staff for your quickness and safety check on my car each time I come thru. I appreciate the towelettes as well for my dash.

Best Car Wash around, really gets your vehicle clean!

I wouldn’t go here based on the fact the staff use the free vacuums to clean up the surrounding gravel. I don’t see that as being ideal considering those vacuums are meant for interior cleaning. Would it be so much to ask if your staff used a shopvac that is intended for cleaning the business? 👎🏾👎🏾

Kaady is much better than the automated washes Ive used back home in the South. They clean the car rather well for a decent price and super fast.

They werent satisfied with my first pass, ran me through again to get it perfect .they pay attention to the job getting done.

Car wash was WAY too rough. Made it through the seal and flooded my trunk. Had to take longer to clean out the back than how long the wash took.

Great service

The lady who helped me at the tualatin Kaady was uptight and very short with me. Very bad customer service. I noticed after going to the store and coming back to my car that my front license plate had been bent, several stickers were torn from my bumper, my taillight cover got broken, there are dozens of new scratches, and there was a piece of felt from the wash tunnel stuck in the side of my car. I went back, and the same lady was there. I got no refund, just an offer to write up a stupid form that reports the damage. I dont want a report; I want my stinkin ten dollars back! Never again am I going to a car wash, especially a Kaady. From now on, all car washes happen at home and in the safety of my driveway.
