This is a great post office! It’s much better than the USPS office in Easton. It wasn’t hard to get my passport here. (The year was 2018.)

I typically don’t leave reviews but I had no choice, Kairee and Debbie were EXTREMELY rude. Not only to me but to other customers as well. We are there for a paid service and to ask questions. What’s the point of going into this location if we can’t get that service without someone having a bad day or being EXTREMELY rude. If Kairee and Debbie don’t like what they do they should both really consider looking for another opportunity. This is ridiculous, they are assuming that we, the customer know what to do and how to handle. This was my first time there and had to go into the line 3 times for one transaction without any explanation on how to handle my package. I will be reaching out to corporate as well, if I can give them Zero stars I would’ve. Trust me, don’t waste you time going to this location.

Nancy you are extremely rude!! This is a paid service, there is no care for the customers at this office. Very sad :( I had to click on a at least one star, but this office deserves zero stars!

They did my passport photo wrong and then when I went to get it retaken they tried to act like it was my fault somehow…Nancy is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with.

I own a small business and one of my packages claimed “attempted delivery.” I called a few times to make sure it was okay, and both of the staff were SO SWEET and helped me out a lot. That afternoon they shipped my package.

This is THE WORST office I have ever experienced, I waited 20 min on line to get passport photos taken - since the counter lady was already helping a family of 4 and taking their passport photos I waited patiently for her to finish - I was next in line - after waiting 20 min she shouts is anyone else here for passports? and I respond yes she says do you have a reservation? I said no, how do I make a reservation? (there are no signs anywhere saying it is required) she said on the self-service kiosk so I step off the line with now 8 customers behind me and moved to the kiosk line and waited for 15 min for it to become available only to go through the prompts and have the final message say No Reservations Needed for Passport Renewals so I told another employee I was confused why I was told to use the kiosk said she said you just mail in the renewal application yourself and I said but I need photos taken and she said oh you have to get in line for that so I shouted to the lady behind the counter and asked do I have to go to the back of the same line? that you just told me to get out of? and she said do what the other lady said because Im just going to tell you the same thing I told you beforewhere is the supervisor?!? it seems this office is run by rogue unsupervised personnel - its no wonder the USPS is constantly losing money.. and customers - its clear upper management doesnt give a damn because its been like this for years and all anyone has to do is read all the bad reviews on google - they have a 2.7 rating out of 5 which is nothing to be proud of -- I thought it would be much lower, Im sure there are really great employees of the USPS - just not in Trumbullspeaking of that - and on a positive note; I STRONGLY suggest going to the office in Monroe, it might be out of the way but at least you know you will be treated with respect and common courtesy and not with rude, condescending and idiotic behavior

Fast and friendly, I go here everyday and they are very efficient.

Twice within a month I had off-putting experiences here. Two of the three regular, women employees here are rude, pushy, loud, and condescending. Only the youngest of the three is polite and professional. Vote with your wallet and use services from another branch with better quality staff.

RUDE. how can a usps get a 1 star review?.... the staff is just rude, loud, not professional. they all have such an attitude.

Never coming here again they “Don’t accept my forms at this location “ Yet every single other Usps store I’ve been too have accepted my forms for my packages and have shipped my boxes out with no issues. Definitely not wasting my time coming back here again. Wouldn’t even give this place 1 star but had to just to post this review also employees are rude and not helpful.

I went here on a Monday morning not soo happy start after weekend but meet these amazing USPS staff were making everyone smile around. Great start for my day. Its a USPS what else can you expect if they are friendly and speak well for 3-4 minutes you stay there to get your work done.

I dont know if they changed the staff, but the two ladies that work here are extremely helpful and cheerful. I have to go back again today and dont dread it because of the atmosphere.

I cant tell you how many times they were supposed to deliver something and for no explainable reason they dont. And its not like you can call them or file a complaint! Forget ever being able to actually communicate with a human being! Why cant FedEx or ups deliver my packages?? Why do they have to transfer my stuff to these useless human beings??

Its a post office. I waited a reasonable amount of time and then sent my package. The lady at the counter was very polite and even added some clear tape to my package after warning me that the marker would get washed out if the package gets wet.If you need to do a post office thing then this seems like a reasonable place to do it. I dont recommend it for birthday parties or graduations, but then again, its a post office. If you need to send invitations or thank you notes, this could be the place to do it.

Laughed at me, mocked me and called me stupid when I wasn’t looking. If I could give it negative stars, I would.

Most of staff is friendly and helpful. Typical post office, not to much to say in terms of service. PO Boxes accessible outside of office hours.

Got really bad experiences in this time. No matter what question I want to ask. She just said she dont know. The only work she dose is shipping the mail. Feel humiliated by this lady. Other staffs are much better then her. I feel she is discrimination. Horrible experience.

Friendly staff and always helpful

I had a question and the only answer I got was “I don’t know”. I was always cut off short when talking and felt like a fool for trying to ask someone who should know how to answer a simple question. I went there for help but left even more defeated.

I run an online business and they never ship my packages. I’ve gotten some of my orders opened up and left in my PO box with no reason why. Really considering moving to Monroe.

Dont go there! The man and the short lady in the passport counter are rude! They started yelling with my son because my son couldnt understand their english, it was so embarrassing.The store was supposed to close at 12 PM, it was 11:30 AM and the same hispanic rude man and hispanic lady was complaining and refusing do their job. Im really disapointed with USPS Trumbull.

Slow moving crew. Bad attitude .Loudly lecturing customers for mistakes in embarrassing way. No smile, no welcoming atmosphere there.

Went there for passport application for my infant kids and got very rude response on we can’t do passport right now, come back next day.
