Job was quoted to take one week. Job took nine weeks from start date to finish. Owner did not live up to Work Authorization Agreement. Scheduled work dates/times often changed with lame excuses. Owner and ‘crew’ of ‘one’ were unavailable for two weeks mid/job (went on vacation, AFTER collecting half of the cost estimate that originally wasn’t to bepaid until work was completed.). While this company was referred to me I would definitely NOT refer them to anyone. Owner was very disrespectful. I do see in the listed reviews owner has submitted his own review five years ago and gave himself five stars and high praises. Guess that is because no one else would! Worse company I have ever done business with. No wonder they are not listed with the BBB!

Crew helped clean up after a flood and they were courteous and did a great job. Price was good as well - glad to have had them.

Zero stars would be the best ranking for this company. The owner is a racist jerk who shouldn’t be able to own and operate a business. They wouldn’t know mold remediation if it bit them and they certainly be trusted in your home.

I am extremely unimpressed at how unprofessional and rude they conduct their business. Would not recommend them at all, they take advantage of people when theyre going through very hard times.

Will never do business with them Everclean of Troy again, they went into our house to clean the carpets .. we told them what our Alarm Code was we even emailed it to them .. They set the alarm off after they entered, the police were summoned, which cost us, then when they left they did Not set the Alarm and left the dead bolt unlockedWe got broken into and they stole all of our appliances, further more they refused to take any responsibility for their carelessness ..
