They did not tape all the extension cords down like they should have

In July of 2012 we were hit by a huge storm and unfortunately woke to an extremely large tree on our home, with more rain on the way. Our insurance company was slow to respond. Immediately, we contacted BELFOR for property mitigation. They arrived as soon as the tree was removed after to secure the home, supporting the roof and porch and covering it all to keep additional moisture from getting in. They were prompt and diligent and I would highly recommend their services from mitigation to full restoration.

They were helpful, at first, after my house fire. They did a good job on the pack-out. They removed the smoke smell pretty well from the items that were returned. However they have Horrible customer service. Many items missing or damaged while in their possession. Once they have your money, getting a return phone call takes weeks, if they call at all. They sent 2 young guys over to return my items. They didnt seem to know what they were doing, and damaged my brand new walls and doors moving the items in. They promised to send someone out to touch up the paint, etc., still waiting on a return call for 3wks now..............
