B-Rads Catering did an fantastic job yesterday. The food was excellent (Lobster Rolls, Chicken & Waffles, Braised Short Rib, Pulled Pork, Caesar Salad, Burgers & Chicken on the grill, Crudite, etc.). Everything was very fresh and prepared perfectly. He also makes it stress free. Comes early. Cleans up and packs out. Extremely polished and polite staff. Other than the truck and the great food, you wouldn’t know they were there. I would highly recommend B-Rads for any event. You will not be disappointed.

We used B-Rad’s food truck for our son’s graduation party. Event manager, Sara, was great to communicate with and reserve the food truck. The day of the the event was seamless, Brad and his team were great and kept up with the constant flow of guests! Food was fantastic. Highly recommend!

We booked B-rads Catering for my birthday on July 4th. They were very responsive and helpful even though we didnt give them a lot of lead time to prepare for the event. The food was great and the portions were very hearty. Our guests really enjoyed the food - we got pierogis, sausage and peppers, baked ziti, vegetable skewers, some wraps and a dip platter. Brad also worked with us to make sure that the timing for our food pickup worked with the time our party started and we were very grateful for that. I would definitely recommend B-rads Catering in the future!

We used B-Rads for a catering event in Albany last Friday and it was outstanding. We have an industrial kitchen but still have some COVID red tape we are trying to navigate so we thought catering would be the best route.We found B-Rads through the 518-Foodies FB group and were extremely pleased with the results.Sara on the catering side of things was outstanding to work with and made sure we hit any concern we might have.We were able to select 3 entrees for our members to choose from and have everything individually wrapped.Price point was more than reasonable.Food was hot and delivery was on-time.

B-rads catered lunch at Christmas and last week for the 400 Employees at The DePaula Auto Group. The food was delicious, the service spectacular, and they followed COVID protocol to the letter.

Came here after my RPI Campus Tour because I was hungry and it had great reviews. Happy with my decision, the food tasted great and prompt service. We ordered from their Saturday Hangover Brunch menu. Got soup, a BLT without tomatoes (I started eating before taking a picture because I was hungry, the one sandwich has been partially eaten) and a croissant. Everything was delicious, the soup and croissant were both served warm, which was great because its a chilly autumn day. I will definitely eat here if I return to the area and recommend it.

Super easy ordering process. We ordered the Thanksgiving dinner for 8 and it was the perfect amount and we still had leftovers. Potatoes were perfect....gravy was smooth and not too salty. My only complaint if you even would call it that, my husband mentioned that we were supposed to get dark meat and we really didnt have any. He is not a fan of turkey really so we had a small ham for him. Other than that, we enjoyed everything. I would do this again next year if available and maybe request dark meat.

Recently ordered food from B-rads. Everything was delicious. The Buffalo chicken chowder is excellent. The fruit and cheese platter, aka charcuterie, had a wonderful variety of both fruit, cheese and a nice piece of honeycomb. Very responsive and professional staff. They will be my go to caterer.

Ordered their Superbowl package, I knew it was going to be good food but everyone at my party commented how great it all the food was. I knew B-Rads from its early days in Troy, when you had to share a sandwich because it was simply too much for one. This entire catering process was flawless, with lots of both responsive and proactive communication, and delivery/clean up just as promised.This was for a writers conference, and attendees commented on the high quality of the coffee service and of their lunches, across the spectrum of wrap/sandwich types.We were able to order exact numbers of about 8 different types of fillings, and specify number of gluten free for each. We got exactly what we asked for. Could not have been happier with any aspect of the service or the food/coffees.

Our family has used Brad as a caterer for years and have always been completely satisfied with the food and service. When you hire Brad and his lovely staff, you do not have to worry about a thing. They supply all plates, napkins, condiments, and silverware. Would not even consider another company for any event that may require catering in the future.

B-rads saved the day. After a last minute decision to have an office Christmas party, I was scrambling. Brad and his team took my budget and put together a menu and brought everything together so nicely!

I had a Reuben. Lovely atmosphere and excellent wait staff. The Reuben was good, but they used big, thick cut bistro style pieces of rye bread, and it was just too much bread. I upgraded to the green bean fries which I really recommend, they were delicious. Its a bit of an expensive lunch, but its the type of place that will bring you your food and bus your table for you, so that makes up for it. Im going to go back for their breakfast buffet, if thats good enough Ill up my rating to excellent.

B-rads Bistro & Catering has just recently moved into the building I work at, at 677 Broadway Albany, NY. The food is of great QUALITY and so many homemade breakfast specials, muffins, and more, not to mention the many homemade soups and luncheon specials to choose from. Also, a great place to stop and grab a great cup of coffee, with many flavors of creamer to choose from. The owner, Brad, has also brought with him, his PROFESSIONAL, PERSONABLE and FRIENDLY attitude, and welcoming atmosphere, that has only enhanced this take-out cafe. Its definitely awesome all the way around; check it out for sure!!! I love it!

The food is amazing, never a bad meal. Soups are fantastic, have brunch there numerous times. Service can be rough though.They get really busy for lunch and Ive gotten nothing but the daily soup and even called ahead, they said 15mins, it took 40. I paid when. I got there, and eventually the person taking orders came back to me to check what I ordered do they could make it.I love this place and recommend it, but its hard when you wanna take people there for lunch but you have limited time. Dont know if they need a better tracking system. It really pains me to write this, I wanna give all the stars cause the good is so good.

I have gone to B-rads a handful of times and always have a great experience. It does tend to get busy on the weekends, but well worth the wait.

Terrible experience with this place. My boyfriend and I placed a take out order and were told it would be ready in 15 minutes. We get there on time and pay and are told after we pay that they were out of the crab cakes we both ordered. While we were in route they apparently sold the crab cakes to other customers because while we were there we saw crab cakes being served. So we change our order and wait another 25 minutes for our food. They offered no discount or anything for the inconvenience. Brad himself claims he didnt see the ticket. I understand mistakes happen but how a restaurant resolves mistakes speaks volumes to their character and they did nothing. We just waited wayyyy longer than we intended to and got a feeble apology and excuses. We will not be going back.

Weve been searching for quality breakfast spots for years and somehow weve never eaten here. Just read the menu online and your mouth will water.So many creative creations from the Whacked Stack tower of french toast, pancakes and waffles, to the southern style eggs Benedict (chicken and waffles fushion awesomeness) to the Im Irish -- you cant go wrong. And that was just our first visit.The waitress helped me out -- let me know how big the portions were and asked how hungry I was before she made her recommendations.Saturday and Sundays are their Hangover Brunch from 10a-2p... how can you go wrong with that?Its off the beaten path, but well worth the venture to Troy. Just another reason that city is a dark horse for food and entertainment in the area.B-rads gets my vote and at the moment. Its the top dog on our list of breakfast spots.

Had coffee there last week and I noticed the floor behind the counters along the stoves was filthy!Stand at the front by the window and look at the floor where the chefs are standing, its FILTHY!!!Im glad I didnt order any food! How on earth can a filthy place like that stay in business!Why isnt the department of health looking into this?!And that loud music had my ears ringing! Ill NEVER go there again!!!

My experience today at B- Rad was absolutely terrible. DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU LIKE YOUR FOOD HOT. I ordered the Chicken and Waffle Bennie from the Sunday Brunch menu. Although the restaurant was very crowded and took about 20 minutes to receive food, the service was great up until I received cold food. Everything was cold except the eggs bennedict on the top. I immediately told my waiter but, due to the volume in the restaurant, continued to eat because A) I was hungry B) did not want to wait another 20 minutes to receive new food. Her only solution was to throw it in the microwave.I specifically asked her to notify her boss, but no deduction was taken from my food. I was told the owner said he didnt feel it was necessary This is absolutely unacceptable. YOU CAN NOT SERVE COLD FOOD AND NOT ADJUST THE BILL.Once again, DO NOT GO HERE if you like hot food. The owner will obviously take you for a fool and not do anything. I felt completely disrespected and they will never get my business again.
