I was there for a memorial service. The food and staff were fantastic.

My daughter got married here and it was perfect. The food, the service, the atmosphere all made for a wonderful day. Not to mention we had to change venue with only 3 weeks to plan. The staff here could not have been more accommodating.

Love this place. The staff are friendly. The bartenders are great. We had a blast at the last event we attended as well as previous weddings.

I would highly recommend Franklin Terrace Ballroom for any gathering. We were there for a 25th Anniversary party with over 180 people attending. The facility is beautiful, spacious and comfortable. The staff are attentive, easy to work with and are there to provide solutions for your needs, big and small; planned in advance or last minute, (thankfully)! The foods was delicious and beautifully presented. Cant think of a single thing that could have been done better!

We were here for fun little event (Taste of Troy) and while it is a great venue the seating was pretty limited for the amount of people that showed. Not really the venues fault, but maybe something can consider in the future. It is a very venue, and the staff was good, only the seating and lack of garbage cans were an issue.

Beautiful venue with a big ballroom and a big reception room with a fireplace and lots of small rooms for quieter gatherings. Love the space.

I was impressed with this place I went there to look in having my wedding reception there it was beautiful I couldnt believe the inside how big and beautiful it was thanks for the tour it was great the ballroom was what I was looking for but all date were book for every Saturday in June

I was there this past Monday, which we Honored & Celebrated for a Dear Dear Friend of Ours Jackie Baldwin. She lost her life way too early, cancer took the life from this extraordinary and amazing women. The city of Troy made June 19th the official Jackie Baldwin day for the city of Troy. It was a great evening raised an impressive amount of money to go towards The Jackie Baldwin Memorial Scholarship. The management, staff, and crew of Franklin Plaza were amazing, freely giving of themselves, and offered there banquet facility to us, to have our way with. Its been quite a few years since Ive been there, but boy what a beautiful job they did on the renovations. Book your next event there youll be very happy you did.

Great indoor banquet/outdoor patio space. Nice staff. Incompetent bartwnder who was day drinking beer while working. May explain why he screwed up our drink orders twice!!

Had a small family gathering. The food was delicious. The service was very good. The outdoor grounds were very well maintained. The inside setting was very elegant.

Attended retirement party there and even though driving to get there was ghetto, the food was absolutely first class. Would go there again and recommend highly.

Had our work holiday party here. The place is beautiful and the food was excellent.

Atteneded a catered event here. Lots of good food. I understand the owner is also the chef so it has a nice personanble atmosphere. Ability to eat outside on a nice patio.
