Filed mid February. 3 weeks later nothing. Calls irs and they tell me a check was mailed when I set up direct deposit. Yesterday 4-6-21 I look to see where my check is and it tells me it was returned due to having a non deliverable address. Franky was tired from working his night job so he put in the wrong current address. Im broke, unemployed single father with 5 children to provide for and I cant get whats mine even my taxes were filed by professionals. Showed up at the office at 8:50 this morning 4-7-21 and ended leaving at 10:10 bc no one showed. 😡 Now i have to attempt to fix this on my own, me vs irs. Thanks God bless

I would use my tax professional again but as for the company i had to go through hell for 4 weeks before... When it only took her 2 days. I dont know why different branches work differently when all should be on the same regulations.

Tax appointments usually give me anxiety but she did an amazing job going above and beyond to help me get my taxes handled accurately and efficientlyThe team at that price worked really well together to figure out the awful tax code put together by the worst President. Thats because they had to struggle to locate information to help me get a huge return for being a public servant, which would have been impossible to find on my own. They did a wonderful job working together to get me a great return.
