Not only did Ram Assoc deduct the $120 from my credit card but I ended up being fined $915.74 because of their incompetence. Cant help get the feeling Ram Associates no longer wants to be in business. Sent my tax documents was told they would be completed in three days. Three days turned into two months. Ram Associates failed to file an extension. Failed to properly and adequately communicate the process, failed to answer emails or return phone calls.

Very unprofessional, deeply disappointed, lacks basic courtesy to update on the document I was looking forward for..Could have gone some where else had I knownDon’t recommend at all to anyone

Horrible service so I strongly recommended you dont waste your time and please dont waste your money. Stay away from P K ramchandra He filled my tax return form and by mistake he wrote social security number wrong and i got penalty for that. I call more than 25 time but i didnt get any solution and i mailed to him like i have paid $50 so this is your responsibility to solve this and he answered very nonsense like i dont have time i will check tomorrow and i will solve it but i waited till december and he didnt respond me. Then i paid money to another accountant and he solved my tax penalty so please think twice before to go there......I have never seen before this...!!!

Horrible service. One of the worst I have seen. Told me my paper works will be ready week ago. Week later nothing has been done. Never ever deal with incompetent staff and their boss.
