I left my appt in Trenton more confused than when I went in, but I received a VM from a Brittany (office mngr?) a bit after I left. She cleared up my confusion and helped me get to get my taxes done. Appreciate it!

Great great service all around

They are terrible, only 1 agent that takes an hr to process one person. A second agent that cant even log in too help ppl bcuz she didnt finish her prt or whatever its called. Now she on the phone taking the damn test, meanwhile customers are still waiting.

I will never go here again or recommend this company !
