I had no problem coming here. Geno was very nice and polite and greeted me. He made sure I understood what I was doing and signing. He let me test drive the car and wanted to make sure I was happy with it. Mary Ann was also very helpful and polite and helped with signing everything. They have several vehicles chose from but most importantly you get a 2 year warenty and and 10 oil changes. the staff is very helpful unlike other places. From the beginning, they gave me AWESOME service! Great people, stayed after hours to work with me! Later on, I had an issue with my speedometer not lighting up at night. Not a HUGE deal, but kind of annoying. They worked with me to get it fixed with Fox Ford in Cadillac and I couldn’t be happier!

My sales guy Geno was awesome!!!!! I was looking for a specific type of vehicle, a 4×4 or AWD vehicle. They took in a Subaru Forester. Geno informed me that they hadnt received the title for it (that was two weeks ago). I had eyes set on another vehicle a 2008 Kia Sorrento. Fast forward to today 7/16/21 I get a call from Geno asking if I was coming in. I said yes, and I was getting all info needed for a car purchase. Get there Gen says the title came in for the Forester. I was excited. Geno and the C.N.A.C staff were awesome courteous, and made the car purchase smooth. They are very helpful to people who would like to build their credit and need a vehicle. Some people cant go directly to a bank or credit union due to multiple factors and Byrider offers them a way to proceed! Fast, effective and nothing to hide in their process.

You guys are really easy to deal with and understanding as long as there is some communication. My only issue is that I wish there was a way to pay my payment online.

These people take advantage of those trying to live, work, and improve their credit. These people do not report on time payments and when my overpriced lemon was totaled and I was injured badly by the recalled air bags that they refused to fix, they claimed I owed money they were paid by 3 insurance policies I had to keep. The Better Business Bureau was of no help.

Crooks!! They repod the wifes car from her job where she drove it daily, they then proceeded to tell us they junked the car for a 200 dollar value. A vehicle that had brand new tires a custom wrap and no mechanical issues. Seems odd that they would just take the car from you and then throw it away and expect you to pay thousands more. No doubt they removed the graphics and put it back on the lot to rip off the next person.

Tells you that you are approved for hours then when it comes right down to it tries selling you something that you originally told them that wouldnt work. Also vehicle came back DOUBLE the NADA and Blue Book price. Claim that their inspection and warranty is what $7,000. Would not recommend to ANYONE.

I I would not recommend JB Byrider to anybody During the pandemic they have not been helpful at all only if made things worse Ive been laid off Practically the whole year and then Ran into some problems with my pregnancy Im considered high risk and not allowed to do anything Stacy and Amanda from financing have not put that into consideration at all for all they do is harass me anytime that a payment is too slow They do not care or see whats going on in the world because they still have their jobs for the most inconsiderate woman Ive ever met in my life Ive never once been really late on a payment I was harassed and had multiple letter sent to my house about my car being towed over 65 $ they dont care nobody but there selfs and I will not be coming back .

After less than one year of owning our vehicle, and using it for city driving we have had numerous repairs. We have had to replace all four brakes, rotors, calipers, the front ball joints, and now the drive shaft is needing to be replaced. The only items covered under our warranty was the ball joints. So while we have mounting repair costs from a vehicle we were assured was inspected and in great condition, they have been sure to notify us when each payment is due. We feel taken advantage of. Knowing we had bad credit and out of options, this is what we received. We will not be recommending this dealership to anyone. A bus pass would have been a better option.

Great Sales Department, CNAC staff is great. Service Department sucks. Call a week in advance to get an oil change to take advantage of my $5 oil changes and they say they can’t do it for 2 weeks. Now I have to pay more so that it’s done in time an I called before I hit my miles. What happens if the car was to become inoperable? You would have to wait 2 weeks and go without a car before they even look at it. When it was in for a check engine light I had the code read before hand and they chose to replace a cheaper part only to get it back and have to fix the correct part. That was 2 days I had to leave my car and find other means to get to work. His comment to me when I picked it up was that’s what happens when you buy a used car like this. Totally unacceptable! Definitely need to get the service managers attitude in check and figure out how to improve customer service in that department. People need their cars, need to step it up a few notches in the service department.

Not supper happy with the van I just got. Air conditioning doesnt work on the passenger side it just blows heat. I told the guy about that and all he said is they would fix that for me. Yeah they will but I have to pay for it. Customer Service is ok. But the van I would like to return
