Marlon the GM was very professional and it is quite evident that he is very good at his job. While I waited for my oil change, he was pretty busy and accommodating everyones needs regardless. The services I needed were quick and VERY reasonably priced- I will definitely be coming back!!! 10/10 experience.

The guys here are absolutely fabulous I made an appointment told him what my vehicle was have been there several times when I got my oil changed at my appointment they didnt have the filter but they had it delivered within 20 minutes and had me out of there faster than I could blink some places piddle around these people do a great job they even topped off my tires my fluids cleaned off my windshield and gave me a coupon for another day I wouldnt go anywhere else these guys are great thank you to the whole entire Midas crew I hope this review shows people what true service is about

Been going here for a couple of years. Usually they are very good, but they performed some work inside the car (filter replacements) and left grease on the dash, which I can wipe off the grease on the seat and console are permanent stains. To think that work is done and no one goes and looks at the car before it is returned concerns me about the QC that is done under the hood. Sorry guys, youve lost my trust.

I recently brought my Chevy Cruze in for inspection and repairs. My car needed a new catalytic converter. Id always been told that those types of repairs were incredibly expensive and it would be better to get a new car. The estimate from Midas was affordable, so I decided to go ahead. Midas repaired my car in one day and they also provided me with an estimates for future car maintenance. The estimate will help me plan, budget for future car care to keep my Cruze going. Very pleased with the service. Very professional. I loved the electronic communication via email; even sent pictures of the problems. Had to leave our SUV there for several days after the repair because of our work schedule. Midas took great care of our SUV, communicated with us in a timely fashion. Upon arrival for pick up, answered my questions professionally, and to my surprise washed the outside. Whaaaaaat?!!! 😁😁 Impressed with our experience. Great job!

Took my car here for 3 years. Staff is very friendly and seemingly knowledgable however certain things are not communicated well. I went in for routine oil changes and at one of my visits was told I needed a tune up, so I gave them permission to do so. A year and a half later I was having issues with my engine (most of which were related to it being an older car) and couldnt get an appointment here so I took it to another shop. They opened up the hood and immediately noticed that many pieces had been broken and GLUED back together, making them impossible to evaluate without tearing them out. I was never made aware that anything was broken and certainly not that it was glued together. Upon a second opinion from another shop, they agreed that they would have never used glue in that situation.I was also told by multiple technicians at Midas that issues with my ABS were not a major safety issue...turns out they are. I learned a lot about things that were wrong with the car (and had been for a while) getting opinions from other mechanics so just be wary and ask lots of questions.

Excellent experience. I scheduled an appointment online the night before to fix my power window, that would not go up or down. I received a confirmation email. George was extremely friendly and helpful when I arrived at the shop. I was able to get my vehicle repaired quickly and at a very fair price. Midas provided exceptional service and was professional and extremely considerate. Ray the operator walked me through the process of the unusual issue I had with my exhaust system. He gave me a fair price and offered to stay past closing time so I would not be inconvenienced without my vehicle for the day. Upon completion he showed me the fabulous job his technician did. Honestly the best Midas Ive been too! It was great to find a place so close to campus where I felt welcomed and could trust that my car would be taken care of. They adjusted my brakes after a different Midas did a half ass job and now I go to them regularly for oil changes.

I have been going to Midas since 2016. Recently, I moved to a new neighborhood. I just wanted to find a Midas nearby. I had a flat tire and they took care of my car in no time. Great service and down to earth employees.

My AC compressor faulted out, and a lot of other shops were trying to tell me I needed to replace my condenser and get an AC recharge as well. Estimates were coming in a lot higher than what I was willing to spend, I legitimately considered selling my car. Fortunately Midas came through for me, they didnt try to sell me parts that werent broken. George was really helpful, they had my car in and out in a couple hours and now the AC is working great. And at half the cost I was quoted elsewhere. Id highly recommend this location for anyone who needs work done and doesnt want to get ripped off by a shady mechanic.

The NEW management at Midas was very accommodating. George, the new owner was very personable and understanding. I have little knowledge in general about cars and he was very kind and knowledgable. I would highly recommend using Midas because the new management was very effective and efficient and will go back to them every time.

After buying my first vehicle I was searching for a honest shop to get my repairs and maintenance done. What a breath of fresh air! No more wondering if your mechanic is trying to rip you off. George and the staff and Midas Towson are straight up and HONEST!!! They use quality parts and their prices truly cant be beat. I a used to get 3 prices for any work I wanted done but not any more! No more waiting 2 weeks to get an oil change. Your car is worked into their schedule quickly and the car is returned when promised. I will never go to another car repair facility again.

Im not sure about some of these older reviews but I can tell you that George and John are incredibly honest business owners and got me in and out the door in about an hour to replace a rusted out flex pipe.John was incredibly friendly and my car sounds as good as they day we bought it almost 12 years ago. He stressed to me that they strive to be a community oriented business and I could definitely sense that.They are more than just an exhaust shop and I would take my cars back them anytime. One of my good friends owns a rental car business and trusts a large amount of his fleet work with George and John and now I see why.Friendly, honest, and fair pricing!!

Well as a mechanic there had to replace rotors on car that didnt need to be .Goerge was telling customers that their rotors were bad but they are good just need to machined but they dont have a brake machine but they are doing brakes .and they use store brand oils like Napa brand. Not good name brands so if I was a customers I be asking fory money back !!!

In and out in less than 10 minutes for a tire plug, A+ service as well. The store manager, Shawn Hart, was a pleasure to do business with.

Try to over charge for fuel lines $637.98 just for one feed line and.one return line. I have suck stamp on my forehead. Thats only here.
