James was wonderful during my visit. He kept me informed of the status of my vehicle during the lengthy period of time for diagnosis of the problems with my car. He was caring and compassionate during my 4 hr wait. I needed to take my time sensitive medication but had to eat prior to taking it and he was able to provide me with transportation to eat and get my medicine. Thank you James for taking the time to be considerate at time when some people in the world have no compassion for others in need!

Monique was very knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel welcomed and treated me as if I was a special customer. The guys who greet you when you pull up into the service area were very respectful and assisted in transferring my items from the loaner. The young lady at the front desk is very attentive. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 because the dealership as a whole gives very little complimentary services and discounts coupons. If so, I dont receive notice of them.

Came in for a 30k mike service. Ended up needing an alignment as well. Bill was less than expected which is always a pleasant surprise. Scott gave me his typical quality and personal service. He has been my only service writer since I leased my first Lexus. I am on my third! I wouldn’t trade him for the world!

Came out to a flat tire a few weeks back. Called Vince Geppi, my long time service advisor who helps me maintain my Lexus’s. He explained that I could call Lexus Roadside Assistance (Totally forgot I had the coverage) and they would send a tow truck to get my car from Cedonia to the dealership in Towson free of charge to replace the tire. It was a painless process. Tie truck came and took my car to Vince and he took care of everything as he always does for my 2019 NX and my 2020 ES. Vince Geppi is the MAN… a consummate professional whom I appreciate very much. He even saw that I got a LS460 as a loaner one time. Thanks for always having my Back!
