I recently had issues with my 2005 Chrysler Crossfire SRT6. It had a pin hole leak in one of my coolant hoses and it was leaking oil. I looked around at different shops in the area but wanted to check out Mickeys due to its location and the Google reviews.So I contacted them via their website and within in an hour I had a response from Mickey. I told him my situation with the car and told him I did not have a lot of cash for repairs. I did inform him that I had a service plan purchased through the dealer that I bought it from. At that moment he was upfront and honest about these service plans from third party companies. He said he would contact them on my behalf but expect them not to cooperate and he was right.I got the car over to him and told him I was in no hurry and take a look at it when you can. This was a Saturday afternoon not to long before their closing time. By Monday morning I was contacted by Mickey and he had already contacted the service plan company and also already established a game plan to fix the vehicle. I was really blown away by his responsiveness and honesty. I wound up getting the dealership involved where I purchased the vehicle from to fix it since the service plan company did not want to cover it and I was tight on money.I asked Mickey how much it would cost for his time and effort. His response...nothing. He did not charge me. I was really grateful for his help and was surprised that he didnt want anything. Most shops will charge you just to look at things. He did not. I wound up buying him and his shop some pizza just to show my gratification. In the future when something happens to my vehicles, I know where I am going....Mickeys Car ER.

What a great experience! Knowledgeable and professional! The turbo went up on my Acura RDX. The dealer pronounced my car DOA. So glad to find a mechanic I can trust that knows what they are doing. I found a lot of shops I have previously taken my vehicle to are old school style mechanics they just keep replacing parts, racking up your bill until they finally come across the one that fixes your problem because they don’t keep up to date on new technology since most cars 50% computers now a days. Mickey was able to diagnose my problem immediately by using a multi meter knowing exactly what voltages and Ohm readings I should be getting to certain electronics in my vehicle without even looking it up. Most shops don’t do this unless you take it to a dealership, and they charge you a $500 diagnostics fee right up front. Very knowledgeable staff at Mickeys Car ER. I am very Glad I took it to him. Great service at a reasonable price.Also… Did I mention I broke down at the Exxon right across the street from his shop at closing time. However, he stopped what he was doing to look at my vehicle right away and diagnosed the issue. I ended up leaving it there at his shop overnight, the next morning he got to work on my vehicle and had it repaired and running better than it has in months that same afternoon. Which I really appreciate because I use my vehicle for work and I don’t make money when I am without it.I highly recommend Mickeys shop you won’t be disappointed and I am happy to have a great mechanic I can trust that is so hard to come by this day and age…

I will not go anywhere else. The mechanics are very knowledgeable and keep you informed so there are no suprises. They not only care about your car they care about their customers. The night before I picked up my car it snowed they cleaned off my car and they were so thoughtful that they parked my car in the sun so when I pick it up all the snow was melted. It is the small things that show how much they care about there customers.

I recently went to Mickeys Car ER to get my AC worked on because it wasnt working. A couple days after I got my car back, I smelt something odd coming out of the vents. I went back to get a refund and check up and there I found Davey Dave, an employee, queefing into other cars AC vents. I can only expect this is what happened to mine.

Honestly, where do I even begin?Mickey and everyone who works there has gone above and beyond to make sure their customers are the priority! I was beyond frustrated with the insurance and car hassles, but the second my car made it to Mickey’s, it was like night and day. He called to update me about my car throughout the whole process, which was very fast and efficient. I cannot thank them enough!!! 11/10

Great service, fair pricing, and very honest.

Knowledgeable, honest, good communication, and fair prices! They did a safety inspection, replaced a tire, and rotated tires on my Volkswagen. This place is a bit new when Im writing this, but the owner has years of experience behind him. I highly recommend giving them a try.
