Very reliable towing service that saved us in a real bind!

This place deserves a ZERO star actually. Worst place I ever been to and wouldn’t recommend anybody to go there. I took my car there, the owner Ali sounded very nice and helpful at the beginning. For a clutch replacement, they kept my car for two weeks and overcharged me. Two days later, my car was making weird sounds and it wasn’t safe to drive, so I took it to a different place. I found out, not only they put a wrong clutch into my car the bolts weren’t even in all the way in. I had no transmission fluid in my car. I almost lost my transmission too. I called the owner and told him what happened he then gave me a date to stop by. When I was there at that time, he was nowhere to find. He disappeared ! I called his cell no answers, later I received a txt saying he’ll be there shortly and never showed up. I waited over an hour and he knew I was coming to talk to him. At least he could have apologized and reschedule the time but instead he just ignored me. I was very disappointed, especially that he intentionally didn’t want to confront me. Worst customer service ever and Liars!

I would give them zero stars be careful because they get over on prices and services they will lie just to get you to pay them and there are higher than dealer and especially Ali he will make it sound good so make them your last place and don’t use there towing Empire Towing.
