Michelle was an absolute delight making everything so much easier if I could id contact her every time.

Very disappointed in this company got TV services though them & wasnt hooked up right so called in & told them & now there saying we have to pay to get it hooked up right. If I could I would give them no stars

Worst service I’ve ever had. Use to have Comcast (the best) never had the loading or Dvr, Cable problems. Don’t get ! They offer very few channels in Digital and very few channels. Very slow channel loading on cable and the Dvr doesn’t record what you programmed! Stay away !!!

Id give them lower if I could! In 24hrs my internet cut out 50 times, thats just about 2 times a hour. This has been happening to me for two months, Ive called them and got all the lines replaced around the house still cuts out..... in short dont get this there are better internet options

Great customer service! Have had Vyve at our business, Culligan, for several years and at our home for a few years. Havent had any problems and its been very reliable since their bandwidth updates.

Finally have faster, more reliable internet after trying every other place offered here in town. I have a PC gamer in the house so thank you Vyve for keeping his lag/dc aggro very minimal!!

I was in desperate need of high speed internet in a timely manner, Vyve came through when no other company in the Torrington, Wyoming area could meet my needs!

Great customer service, call and explained I get crappy service, they gave me a discount. No contract makes it better, Really cheap internet but its not reliable. If you need internet everyday this is not the one to go with, but not very many good ones in Torrington to begin with.***updated***I was going to switch to a faster internet connection when the lady I talked to asked why I was leaving, I explained I need better reliability with my school and faster service. She said they upgraded our area and was able to get me the faster internet. So far it has been A LOT BETTER. I am even considering giving them 4 stars. Might be worth trying a month or two just to see if they are better for you for cheaper that the rest around here.
