Andrew was extremely helpful. The store closes at 8 and he diligently helped multiple customers at once 10 minutes before closing without becoming frustrated. He got everything set up for my girlfriend and I and he stayed over an hour and a half late to finish everything. I would highly recommend Andrew for anything that you need!

Had a great experience switching service providers! During our switch we had a few complications (on the other providers end) that had caused it to take a bit longer than expected. Andrew stayed after hours to help us with everything and made sure all problems was sorted out before leaving.

After a few failed, frustrating attempts at using Verizons online help to buy a new phone while changing to a less-expensive plan, we stopped by TCC. I was expecting more frustration, but the staff were very helpful, easygoing, patient, and we had our desired outcome in a relatively short time. We never felt pressured to buy the most expensive phone or the fanciest plan—we were listened to and treated well.

Theyve helped me out now on 3 occasions and every time theyve been amazing, including today, Justin helped me trade in my old phone and set me up with the newest technology that he helped me setup in just minutes. Terrible. One Salesperson on during early morning one week before Christmas. Waited an hour.Bought Galaxy 20 phone.Could not get my work calendar to display despite assurances everything would transfer from my old phone.Drove back for help and was told they only sell and have no knowledge beyond sales. I simply Googled and found the cache had to be cleared. That fixed the problem.Went in yesterday because the screen protector was coming off. Was told theres no warranty and the heat was lifting it. Told him no warranty is ridiculous and the protector should be able to handle a wide range of temperatures. He told me to Go fight with the vendor. Offered to replace it for $28. I said nothing and left.Avoid the Verizon store.Awful

Went down to the Verizon store with some questions about upgrading my phone and getting a new wireless plan. I sat down with a Mr. Justin Ernst and could not be more pleased with my experience. I’ve always hated my experiences purchasing new cell plans, but he was extremely honest, informative, and respectful. Couldn’t have asked for a better associate or better assistance. The process of buying and transferring everything over from my old to new phone has NEVER been as pleasant OR as quick as it was at this location. GREAT service with great employees. I am so happy with my new phone.

Expected to spend an hour plus at the store but Robert was quick and efficient.

I was having trouble with my phone and knew I needed a new one. Im not a tech person and really dont understand all the ins and outs of ICloud, GBS, etc. All I knew was I needed to transfer over 7,000 pictures. Justin Ernst was friendly, knowlegeable, and the most PATIENT salesperson I have ever encountered. He spent a long time on my phone and explained everything to me in a language I could understand. Justin was extremely helpful and made the whole process pain free. If you need a new phone or Ipad Justin is your go to guy.

A few days ago I had a nice guy named Andrew help me with my new phone. He is THE BEST! Extremely patient and knowledgeable and respectful of all my needs with transferring my data from the old phone to the new one. I wish I got his last name because he really was so helpful!

Only has high end phones in stock.Even though I have the credit to buy one doesnt mean I want to be locked in to a $1,200 phone.Especially when you can get a comparable phone for far less.I didnt appreciate the sales rep kinda applying pressure to get something I clearly stated I wasnt interested in. I get the feeling that he was mostly paid on a commission basis.Not that thats a bad thing but, when they only stock high end merchandise it leaves me to believe that the pressure is on.I went to AT&T for kicks and sure enough they had phones targeted for most everyones financial needs. Its that only verizon dealer in town so thats that.

My husband and I had to upgrade our phones. I broke my old phone so we had to do the upgrade before we left for vacation in two days, and 1 hour before the store closed was the only time my husband was able to meet me there, due to working over an hour away. Justin, made the upgrading experience enjoyable, he was knowledgeable and I appreciated all his help and concern for making sure all our pictures and information ect. synced to our new phones. (Ive had bad experiences with that in the past with other Verizon stores). Though, we were there well after the store closed he did not make us feel rushed to leave, or that we were inconveniencing him which we appreciated because we obviously felt bad. All in all we had a great experience and would recommend this store and Justin to everyone!

Andrew was great, was in and out. The longest part was waiting for Verizon on the phone to fix issues on their end which took roughly 35mins which needs improving, maybe direct access if they call 100 times a day.

Purchased new phone directly from Verizon delivered Saturday morning. I called TCC and witihin 60 minutes of calling including my travel time they took my brand new phone out of the Box had it all set up and ready to go with everything transferred from old phone. After an exhausting and unsuccessful experience attempting to switch my phone from a post to a pre paid service using Verizon online and LIVE Chat, I went to TCC. Andrew could not have been more professional, helpful, and cordial. I fully recommend going there.

Nice and clean establishment. Please note that this location can NOT honor any online deals despite being affiliated with Verizon. The official Verizon Wireless site is an easier more straightforward process than going to the store.

Have been a Verizon customer for years. Bought a new prepaid phone to activate. Online Verizon chat said to go in and retrieve a new SIM card. Found myself talking with Timothy W when I walked in. Rude, and cut me off when I mentioned I had a phone from another carrier I was trying to activate when I was simply in to get a SIM card and was not expecting him to provide any other service. Highly disappointed in the customer service and some employees should be trained on their manners.

Amazing place. I was hesitant to come here initially. I called and spoke to a sales rep Juan. He offered to have me come in the following day and we could further discuss the Bogota sale and the terms of it. When I finally went and met with Juan he was professional, respectful, understanding, knowledgable, and honest. He explained what the deal was that I wanted and how it would work with the two phones I picked out since it wasnt the actually deal as advertised. I asked if it would be easier to lay in full and he said no and explained why. He offered us another amazing add on deal and a bundle for accessories. He was patient with me and my husband and 2 yo daughter when I had forgot my husbands card at home and was completely understanding and patient while we waited for my husband to get back. He never once got upset that my daughter waa as running around playing with things and being lol loud climbing or jumping. This was an amazing experience for sure and Im so glad I took the chance. In the end I met an amazing honest salesman and got a great deal. Definitely worth it.

Horrible customer service was having a problem with my data usage through Verizon. Verizon was and still is cutting off my data at 1G but I should be getting 2G a month... cant remember the employees name but she didnt help at all she did was tell me it was a problem with my phone and all I could do is buy a new phone that would have solved none of my problems seeing as its an issue with the carrier not the phone all and all very unhelpful

Long long long wait but very helpful

Our experience here with Jay was the smoothest Ive ever had with a phone company. He was very informative and helpful with the decisions we had to make regarding our plan and phone choices.

The store is really nice and clean, but sadly one of the staff members is really rude and has no experience with being able to listen for what clients needs. Its sad to experience the rudeness and lack of experience on dealing with their customers.

Wireless Zone of Torrington displays the hometown respect and loyalty one doesnt normally see in a retail atmosphere. I have nothing but glowing reviews for all of the employees, especially their manager, who keeps everything under control in an environment that could easily turn into complete chaos. I highly recommend anyone who has dealt with the stress of any corporate location to stay local and support business in town. I guarantee they will not regret this decision. I went in and my phone kept just shutting down all the time. He tells me theres nothing wrong with it. Then after a long conversation he tells me go across street and buy one at game stop. Then I go to leave a he basically yells across store have a good day just being rude about the whole thing. West Hartford verizon excellent store and great service. Helped me with everything!

Multiple problems with this store. I went there to report my phone stolen and they didnt enter the issue with Verizon like they said they would, so I recovered nothing for my phone. Another time, they locked the door 45 minutes before closing time and wouldnt even acknowledge that I was standing at their door. Super long wait times. You will be MUCH better off to go to the AVON store. They treated me 100 times better.

I had a most unusual situation when I went into the Torrington Verizon store. I had just lost my job and my corporate phone. Julia offered to walk me thru the entire transition and, needless to say, she was incredible!!Long story short..........I had to make multiple trips back to the store - due to corporate issues and other work around problems.Julia had a smile on her face every time I came in. Instead of hiding from me - she stepped up and made everything perfect.Im so lucky that I was helped by someone who cared so much - esp. when I was in such a funk from just losing my job.I have told quite a few friends about my great experience and hoping that they have someone like Julia to help them as well!!Joy

My experience at the Torrington Wireless Zone was fantastic!! I had been to others in the area over the last few weeks in search of real customer service...I got that and more! Honest discussion about plans, prices, plus pros and cons of a variety of specific issues specific to me. I had asked all the other places the same things, too - but never got an answer that was consistent with the Verizon website or they were trying to upsell me stuff - this is NOT what happened here
