Shawn and Darren did our install. They were right on time getting here and took care of business. No troubles or concerns with our internet ever since they left. Thank you guys!!

Waited 2 weeks for service then they couldn’t give me service because a house was built in the signal direction, horrible! If someone builds a house and prevents you from getting service means it’s not good in the 1st place!! I also asked for a refund of my five dollars, I know it’s only five dollars but not my fault I had to wait two weeks for service but they get there and can’t provide service?? 😳 enjoy that Starbucks coffee for doing nothing and providing nothing!

2/2 service is down yet again! The customer service and internet service is horrible. Nothing but issues since the install, including a bad physical install. Service drops at least 2-3 times through out the day. One of which is the exact same time every day.... their proposed fix.... reset the router in the middle of the night so it drops at that time. Did that... didnt help. They recommended new router although mine is only year old and not outdated. Spent $200 on new router.... still drops. Last time. They said it was static build up .... come on! Once I find out who I can get for service at my location, will be canceling.

Internet goes out almost every storm or any time there is wind. It’s way too expensive for how poor the service is. You would think they could use the money they charge us to get equipment that actually works. Don’t waste your time unless you have to.

Brandon Swan was awesome! Installation was fast and easy and so far the speeds are better than promised. I wish that I would have known about Visionary Broadband when I first moved out here! I highly recommend Visionary Broadband and Brandon Swan for all of your internet needs!!

Visionary has super fast wireless! 50 Mbps! Way faster than other services in our area and for about the same price. Tech support is great, they are always there to help you if you need assistance!

Great service. Justin our installer was awesome. I told him where I wanted the equipment installed and he said no problem and got right on it. Installation looks great!

Installation was quick and easy! Very knowledgeable and friendly team! WiFi is excellent, however, the part I like the most is how Visionary is constantly updating and improving their infrastructure to ensure your service doesnt get bogged down with too many customers.

Levi was scheduled but was available earlier and called to see if that would be OK. It was. He arrived on time, was dressed professionally, pleasant, courteous, quick, organized and neat. He was concerned that the installation would look good as well as function at its best. Both were accomplished.

Just spent an hour with tech support and guy was awesome. Whole system was messed up and he got it working!!!!

Brandon Swan out of the Cheyenne area professionally diagnosed our system when it went down. Power surges due to a recent tornado in the area damaged the equipment. He essentially had to do a complete install to fix all of the damaged items. Brandon was efficient and completed the re-install in about an hour. Highly recommend Brandon!

Tech support is great and the customer service is great too. The internet service itself is pretty poor. We have the 50mbps package and we are lucky to see speeds above 8mbps and the stability of the connection is really low too. At random we lose connection for no reason. If you live in the country or you live over 1 mile away from one of their towers and you are able to use mobile hotspot I would highly recommend using that over getting locked into a contract with these guys and having terrible internet service.

We are very pleased with Visionary. Living 10 miles north of Cheyenne we didnt know what to expect for internet service. My wife works from home so she depends on great internet.On average we range between 40-50 mbps which is far better than we had with Spectrum (cable internet) while we lived in town our average was 15 mbps or less. Our only complaint is periodically our internet speed drops in the evening to lower numbers that affect streaming, but we live in the sticks. As Visionary expands the issue will resolve itself. Very satisfied.

I am very happy with my new 50MB Visionary Service! If the subject of Internet Service comes up in my conversations with other folks in the Torrington area, I tell everyone how great Visionary Service is. I gave a shout out for Visionary on my Facebook Page about what a great new Internet Service Provider we have available in the area.Downloads are done in no time. No more waiting for hours for Windows updates! I can downstream a movie without waiting for buffering every 10 seconds, which was terribly annoying with my old service provider. With a dual band gigabit router and with gigabit ethernet adapters in my computers, access to the Internet is blazing fast. Adding a 300 or 600mbps usb wireless adapter to an older computer makes it very competitive with newer computers at a very low cost.Visionarys customer service department folks are friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about their products and services. They are very willing to make sure they present their company in the best possible way.The installer was very professional, courteous and efficient. He made certain that I was satisfied with my service and that it was all wired properly from the pole-mounted receiver through the outside wall to the modem, connected to my wireless router and that the signal from the router reached all my computers before he asked me to sign off on the installation agreement.
