Jessica Del Real did a fantastic job! She was very organized, up to date on changes, and explained everything to me in a clear way that I understood. She took me ahead of schedule and was well prepared. I was unable to come to the office for my appointment, but she explained everything by phone so it wasnt necessary. I like the overall office and staff too, but Jessica is the main reason for the high score.
