Ive dealt with Grace for years now. This time, now that grace has promoted, I dealt with Richard Simmons. He was fantastic. A great person to talk with, and my time with him flew by very fast, which in my mind makes for a great time.

Azucena was really helpful in clarifying why I got certain tax documents and she tries to find every way of maximizing my refund. She gives really helpful tips in reducing the amount I taxes I owe.

A lot of people dont think taxes are interesting, but a lot of people havent met Larry Rackley here at H&R Block. I needed guidance regarding an issue with a prior years return, and ended up learning more about taxes than I ever thought I would care to remember. Mr. Rackley sorted through my confusion, answered all of my questions, and cited every source. Good coffee too.
