Went here because my normal place was closed. My pedicure was fine. They did my nails with an acrylic over lay and tips. They were not smooth but lumpy. No worries as they offered to fix it. They ended up doing a French and what I thought looked better until I got into the store where there is bright light. It is still horrible. I still have access pink paint on my nail, the French part is not smooth and they didnt even get the edges. I should have just had them remove them from the beginning. So I basically just wasted my time and my money. Ill be going to get these redone my normal spot and pay again. Not happy. Never coming here again.

This place is the definition of “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” I came here only because it’s owned by the same person who owns my brothers favorite Pho restaurant in Tomball. My brother gave me their card and told me to try it out since it was recently purchased. I had no expectations before I got there but once I was inside, I felt dread pool in my stomach because of the decor on the inside. I didn’t want to be that person that just ups and leaves so i stuck it out. That would be the best decision I’ve made all week. My technician was Tania and I will surely be going back for her service. I got a French tip, which I’ve never done before but wanted to try, and I am still in complete shock. These are by far the best nails I’ve ever had. They look so clean and even, which is what I look for when trying new salons. The employees were so accommodating and friendly, which is something rare in today’s world. I highly recommend for you to try it, they have more talent that you would originally believe.

Came in for a quick evening manicure, simple clear polish and it came out great! The staff was very kind as soon as I walked in.

The new owners have made a hugh difference .. its extremely clean. The Atmosphere is much more pleasant and they are so helpful and professional also extremely friendly.And not to mention it was GREAT to see Julie & Laura back 😀.... People giving good reviews must be blind. This place is filthy take a look at the chair rail near the nail stations. Their schlac products are cheap too and splotchy and the techs are no good either.

I always go there to have my nails done. Ive been a customer for probably 10 years. Julie is my favorite stylist. I always have beautiful perfect nails when I go there. 😄

Shoutout to the lovely ladies! Ive been coming here since they opened to get gel manicures & I just switched to dip power which was the best choice ever since I decided to just grow my nails. They do a great job here! This is my go to nail salon, it might get crazy on busy days and you might have to wait on same days but its so worth it !

This was my first time there and I came in without an appointment. I only had to wait about 10 minutes before they were able to see me. Staff was wonderful and did such a great job. Everyone that works there was super friendly! The prices are great too!

I must say I LOVE my nail technician! If you want a clean, sharp, gorgeous nail / and or toes done BOOK HER and you will be stuck on her like I am forever ! Shop is so cute and clean and she is so kind and overall great energy. I always let her pick my color also because she just knows ! Best around !

I had a great experience here. I just wanted a polish change for hands and the customer service was friendly and quick. It was very clean, and I was shocked that there was absolutely no chemical smell, which Ive experienced in just about every other salon ever. I am very picky about my manicures, even if its just a polish change, and I will definitely be back.

I had a great experience with my nail ladies. They did what I wanted and more. I showed her a picture and it was ok. I told the nail lady to be creative with it but thats kinda what I wanted. She blew me away!!! She put so much more detail in them then picture I showed her. I definitely will be back. Thanks ladies.

I found this place somehow...not from Yelp or anyplace like that. I had just moved here and didnt know anyone in the area. Let me say I am the faithful customer. When i find great service I stick with it. I have never nor will I ever go to another nail salon. Service is impeccable, the staff is great and the prices are awesome. This place is pretty incredible because my manicurist can do pretty much any design you show her and very well. I had a very specific design in mind and she re-created it perfectly. I will most likely be back soon!

Well, Ive had the gel done twice now to see if its consistent... First time it lasted 3 weeks and this time over 3 weeks and I only need to go in because my nails have gotten so long! Definitely worth the money!

Very pleased with this place. Ive returned several times and will stick with them. They keep special sets of tools for each, individual client, so no nasty germs can be spread from person to person. Very clean. I have no idea what that other reviewer is talking about regarding the chemicals. Ive never experienced anything like that. Its a great place and Im relieved to have found them after salon-hopping for months trying to find a professional, friendly, clean place.

Last month, I cam to this salon this salon. I was amazed by the immediate response from the staff here, so cute. The technician was amazing! And her pedicures were also very good. The place is so cute and clean. I couldnt stop staring at them on my way home!

Went here for the first time today. My manicurist and one of her other girls did my mani pedi and though I came in 15 minutes before close time. They still took there time and care on my toes and nails. On the ride home she also schooled me on how to make my nail color last long and how not to chip my nails. I finally found my nail shop!

I was in desperate with my mani and wanted to find a new salon. I just saw Happy Nails. Its fabulous customer service and I have an amazing experience. Definitely coming back to this place again.

Came here today with my sister and it will be the LAST time I come here again. I asked the lady for coffin shaped solar nails. Before I could even tell her what length I wanted she began to trim the glue ons quickly and unevenly!! She didnt even take the time to compare one hand to the other. I could already tell by the time she was finished trimming that my nails were going to be terrible. She sped through the entire process (There was absolutely no one in there it was slow.) and by the time she was done my nails were completely uneven, and looked flat out awful. I cant even say one nail looked good. She was very rude. The woman who worked on my sisters nails was kind and took her time with her but because of my experience I dont recommend anyone going here!! If I could attach photos of how awful my nails looked I would. Dont come here!!

Ive always been satisfied with my experience at Happy Nails. At one of my more recent visits, the ladies went above and beyond, staying almost an hour after closing time so I could get my nails done after work. :)

Made several of my nails bleed even after I told her she was being too rough. Did not clean up any polish mistakes. Disappointed. Never again.

Great work, i had dip nails from there for A MONTH and they never lifted! Ive tried every nail place in Tomball and then some, and they do the cleanest work at Happy Nails.

Ive been going here for at least 4 years & Ive never had a bad experience. I use the same two ladies & they are great. Lisa does my pedi & Julie does my nails. Great ladies & they do a great job. They take their time & do great work. Mr Lee the owner is a funny man. He calls me & asks if I need to make an appointment. I get so busy working ssometime & forget to call... Glad he does. The place is very clean. I am a very picky person when it comes to a clean place & my nails. I love Happy Nails.

Horrible. I had to go to another nail salon so they could fix the AWFUL job on my nails. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone. My 4 year old could have done a better job than happy nails!

I have been going to this salon for years. They ALWAYS remember me and ask about my daughters who I bring with me every once in a while (when I feel like treating them to a pedi). They do great work and I will continue to go here every time I need a pedi.

The people were friendly, pricing was a little expensive for the quality of nails Ive been wearing acrylic nails for 20 years and honestly never had the problems Im having this time.. Very poor quality, already falling apart only been a week..

I came here for the very first time yesterday. I was hoping to find a new good location near our home. Sadly I was greatly disappointed. My fullset was horrible,even I after pointed out all things I disliked.i was there for 3 and a half hours! Will not return and dont recommend.

Had the worse experience ever. She worked too quickly and the place was empty so why the rush??? I kept telling her I wanted them shorter and she kept saying no AND the filling was extremely painful.BRUH don’t come, and she had the nerve to charge me 30-__- nahhhh they look bad,uneven,and there’s bubbles. Never coming back smh waste of my money.

Omg! The worst nail shop.... period. So many employees and not one got up to greet or ask what I needed done. I was trying to find a new nail shop home and this place will never be it. I asked if they could do the ombre dip nails and he said yes, so i pick a color and by the time he was almost done I asked how would do the ombre if my nails were one color he continued to say ohhh, next time u come I will do it!! Wth! Just say u dont know how to do it instead of lying that u did. Never coming back. Never....

Never will come again. They didnt clean the implements in between clients. They were not focused on helping the person in their chair. And my nails were not shaped or painted well.
