I wish I could leave zero stars. With how much small businesses are hurting right now, youd think the owners/workers would be more customer service oriented. I wont be surprised to see another empty store front in the near future. They are extremely unorganized and behaved completely irate when I tried to discuss a gift card issue. I was given a gift card earlier in the year but was undergoing chemo therapy; then covid hit so I held off using it. At the time of the gift card purchase, they issued 3 at a time and the way the keep track is by simply putting a number on the card. Well we get a call shortly after that they accidently issued 2 cards labeled #5. So we bought the card up there and the owner/manager, Tracey, (who is extremely aggressive and hostile) took the card and changed the 5 into a 6. Obviously she didnt keep track of the change so when my sister went to use her card, Tracy initially refused her service. To help clear up her OWN mistake, she reissued another GC labeled #6. Also, if a person uses a gift card, the establishment take the card from the customer. This was not the case. So, I went in to use my gift card today and Tracy immediately refused my service, pulled out a stack of business cards where she apparently organizes her business, and showed me how she wrote down that the gift cards had been used. She became extremely irate, in front of another customer, accusing me of scamming her. Now, if that was the case, why would I have 2 gift cards still in my possession? Why werent they taken in my payment method rather than a scratch note on a business card? There are so many ethical, friendly, and cleanly salons in the area, dont waste your time at Tiff & Ts. And certainly, dont purchase a gift card bc they are without a doubt close to go out of business. Good riddance, Tracy! Perhaps you should take a business ethics and accounting class in your future downtime. Oh but they are giving away corona for free! Out of the 2 technicians, one was not wearing a mask and the the irate Tracey, who was working on a customer, had her mask lowered where her nose waw exposed. Common sense says stay away. Plently of other local, friendly, and clean options around!
The worst nail salon, seriously. The salon is definitely clean, however Tiff the owner seemed to have an attitude when I ask her to cut my nails short. Also, right in the middle of my refill, she got up & went and started a manicure on another client??? She’s very fake, just an awkward experience. Will not be returning.
I love this nail place so much!! They are always up to date on the latest trends and they are always super friendly! Tiffany and Tracy are both amazing and are so fun to be around. I’m always so happy with my nails when I come here!! yes
Always professional clean and follows all the health guidelines! Used many gift certificates and always had wonderful service! Won’t go anywhere else!

Prices are way too high, you wouldnt even think there was a discount on there. Went to go get a manicure and a pedicure, I decided just on the pedicure because of the prices. after telling the ladies that I just wanted a pedicure three of them surrounded me and kept telling me prices and even pulled out a calculator, trying to persuade me to get the manicure. after 5 minutes they decided to leave me alone after I told them no for the last time me.Finally the most awkward thing that has ever happened was an employee getting yelled at in front of their client because they werent doing the pedicure correctly and Im not talking about Stern talking Im talking about YELLING. I felt bad for the employee and the woman who she was working on because she lost her smile for the remainder of the time I was there til I left.I will NOT be going back.

I’m only giving this place a 2 because they were very friendly and welcoming. Otherwise I’d give a 1 star. They are way over priced and the manager was hovering over her employees the entire time. It was pretty uncomfortable. I got a shellac manicure, pedicure and eyebrow wax. 2 days later my nail polish has chipped and that never happens :( manager was also very pushy about having me get literally the most expensive package they offer. I already was spending close to $100 with a 30% discount lol not much of a discount. I won’t be back, I’ll stick to “Davi nails” in Walmart, they always do a great job and are never pushy for half the prices! That’s what I get for cheating on my usual salon lol
