New ownership, new salon, same great nail technicians! This new salon is a very relaxing atmosphere. I have been a client of Jenny’s for 5+ years now and have followed her from the old salon to the new one. Her dip manicures are fantastic. Pedicures here are excellent and so calming they will put you to sleep. They take their time and don’t rush you through like other salons. The technicians make sure you, the client is beyond happy with the service. I highly recommend making an appointment though since they are very popular.

I called this business by the reviews previously posted and I was not disappointed! From the telephone exchange, to the first in person greeting and the final see ya next time I was so impressed and felt like I was a friend not some customer! Jenny did an amazing job with my nails explaining to me everything without me asking her any questions! She was fast but articulate at what she was doing! She was friendly and sweet and has gained a new customer in me! The salon itself is beautiful, very clean, chairs are comfy and the atmosphere is so calming! I recommend this salon to all!

Really love this salon and their pedicure products are one of a kind! I just stumbled upon them and decided to go in. It was the best decision ever! I have been going to Nails & Spa of Texas for about 10 years because of the quality and value. It was also a big plus in that it was close to my work. They are now under new ownership. My first visit under the new ownership was wonderful. Yes it was more expensive but the professionalism and attention was worth every penny. Unfortunately my last visit for manicure / pedicure was terrible. The manicurist that used shellac was in a hurry. I normally get three coats. She only did two coats and did not file my nails. She told me two coats were enough. After only 3 days my nail tips were jagged and the shellac peeled on three of my nails. Shellac usually lasts until it is removed. I cannot recommend them. I reluctantly will look for another salon.

I saw Tien to get a shellac full set and it is the best mani I’ve ever gotten! The entire salon is beautiful, clean, organized and relaxing! I definitely recommend this salon. And right next to Target - perfect location!

They do not do what you ask them to do! Took my Mom there and have taken her there many times. My mom has Alzheimer’s and we have told them this and they know her. We specifically told them numerous times to do regular nail polish not shellac but when I walked away they chose to use shellac on toes and nails and this cost 30.00 extra. When I asked why so expensive $95.00 they said they did shellac cause that’s what she got before. Wanted to argue and say it was best for her even though I told them several times no shellac. I asked for manager they said not there. Told them we wanted the additional 30.00 refunded they said would only refund 15.00. This is unprofessional and wrong fir them to do whatever they want instead of what they were told. Several of my friends and family go here and we will never go back here again. In the last few years this is 3rd time they have done this it’s ridiculous

Extremely beautiful and all Brand New. Decor and lighting is outstanding and chairs are amazing and very comfortable! Techs are professional and do an excellent job. They do exactly what you tell them and it’s perfect every time!

My nails always look so beautiful when I leave there.The newly remodeled salon is beautiful, clean and roomy. Plus they have mimosas and wine! I really enjoyed getting my nails done here. The shop is nice and has comfortable massage chairs to sit in while getting a pedicure. The staff is friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that when I got there I did wait around 25 minutes before they got to me. I was going to run to target and come back because they looked busy, but they insisted I stayed because they could take me right then. I wish I wouldve ran into target first to get what I needed. Most nails make you wait a little while though, so its not a huge deal breaker. The end result is good so I cant complain. They also close pretty late, which is nice. Its 7:45 and I just walked out of the shop with other people still in there. The prices were about average in comparison to other nail salons. I will also add that I got an awful nail job from another place and they took their time to fix my nails even though it was close got closing time.

The services was great. I will be back for all my nail care. The pricing on the other hand was a bit more than I am use too.

The jalapeno poppers were excellent the drinks were well made service was a little slow but I do love the place highly recommend it

Had an appointment set for 1 and wasn’t seen until 2. Was asked to be seated with my friends and while waiting we were seated together but then asked to move across the salon when I was actually seen. I had a set of dip powder done and asked her to only cut down my broken nails. She proceeds to cut all of my nails down short. Shaping was subpar and she cut the skin around my nail on just about every nail. I had to clean The cuts with alcohol when I got home because all of her equipment looked dirty. I do my own dip powder at home so I know the process but I haven’t been able to do it in a while so I went to have my nails reshaped and tips put on and sad to say I wish I had just done them myself.

I went in today for a pedicure. I cracked my toenail when I hit our ottoman. The nail technician examined it and said that she could still give me a pedicure. After sitting there while she did the whole process she attempted to paint and then announced that it wouldn’t work. When I went to pay she still charged me full price even though she didn’t paint them!! If she would have just been honest with me from the beginning I would have never sat there knowing that my toes wouldn’t have been painted and would have gotten a manicure. Very disappointing service and I will not return.

This is my favorite nail place.They do great work. And the prices are like most nail salons, but if you want something done right, it never hurts to pay a little extra. My nails usually last 1 month. They never break off. I remove them. Thats how good of work they do.

My mom and I have been coming here for years for nice, reasonably priced manicures. Always a good experience but today was by far the best. I am very pregnant and started to overheat in the middle of my manicure. I was about to faint and the whole staff was on top of it in seconds, getting fans on me, water, and doing all they could to cool me down fast. They were very kind and helpful!!

Definitely the strangest pedicure I’ve had. The salon was empty yet the technician roughly rushed through the pedicure.She then proceeded to paint most of the end of my toes before “painting” the excess off with remover.Most of the typical steps in a pedicure were skipped on one or both feet and she left the residual original paint on my nails.The final result is messy and will need to be repainted.Maybe she was new, but I’m not sure that’s much of an excuse?Anyway, lesson learned.

I’ve been coming to this salon since 2013. It used to be my favorite place to get my nails/toes done but I’ve seen it gradually going down hill the past year or so.Biggest complaint: The place is FILTHY and the technicians are not very friendly.The tables where they do the nails at are always dusty and greasy feeling. All of the equipment looked like it hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long.Second complaint: The technician barely spoke to me the whole time until she cut my fingers multiple times with the bur, then afterwards proceeded to be extremely nice to me. Unprofessional.Third complaint: They up charge for SO much and don’t tell you until you’re done. “Your nails were longer so it’s 5$ extra.” That’s fine that they need to charge more for longer nails, but it’s not ok to do it and not tell their customers until after the service has been done.Not all of this happened in the same visit, but this last time I went was my final visit. Mostly due to how disgusting it is in their salon.

This is my favorite nail place for nails and pedicure. The staff is wonderful. I watched people get their eye brows done here and was amazed on how disciplined the staff work on eye brows. The inside is warm and cozy a great place to relax and distress. I recommend 100%.

They were super genuine and kind. I had my 2 year old with me and they werent bothered by her at all, they even let her stick her feet in my pedicure. They did a fantastic job and Ill definitely be going there for now on!

Ive been here three or four times now, and it has always been just fine. I REALLY appreciated that a couple of times I got ladies who spoke fairly nice English. It was a joy to be able chat with my nail tech while she worked! I sometimes do my own gel polish, so I know whats involved. They consistently do a better job than most of the other salons in the area. Last trip I brought my grown daughter and her friend with me and we all got great service, although none of our techs spoke much English this time.Side note: on one of my trips months ago I accidentally left my credit card behind. It was several days before I noticed. I practically flew down there, fully expecting trouble, but they remembered me, remembered they had my card, and found it right away. Of course I watched my account for a while just in case, but there have been no problems at all.

Today was my first visit and after a long day at work I received well deserved manicure & pedicure. I really appreciated how focused my technician was. Most places rush to get me out of there and move to the next. I was greeted and given an awesome pedicure & manicure with a nice massage. I highly recommend this nail salon!!!

We’ve been coming here for the past 2 years and loved it! The nail techs took their time and did a great job with meeting our wants/needs. But recently we’ve come here and they have rushed us and our nails don’t look good. Super disappointed with the results. The nail tech said my cuticles were “super sensitive” and that’s why I’m bleeding. The next day my nail looks completely shredded and my skin around it has scabs and cuts.

Loves the salon they listen to what you want and they do what you want they dont make suggestions for you. I was very well satisfied for my first time there.

Worst experience at a nail salon. The lady attending me was in a rush and tossing things in front of me to pick my color. Wasnt gentle with my hands, pulled your arms to massage them when putting lotion on. Didnt wash tools before using them on my mom. Did only two strokes of the nail polish super fast on one nail. Would get mad if you didnt put your hand in the machine again after the first timer was up. Didnt take her time. Not clean, left an excessive amount of nail polish on my nails and left spots of nail polish on my hands. Also left all the dust from the acrylic nails she had taken off of me before. Horrible service. Would give this location 0 stars if I could.

They were super busy which wasnt a problem at all. i asked how long the wait was because i had to go to Target for a couple things and could come right back. The lady said they would take me right away and sat me in one of the pedicure chairs. I sat there with my feet in the water for 45 minutes before someone started. A couple of times I was about to get up and someone would come over so I figured they would start soon... nope. I paid extra for the higher priced pedicure and was not happy with it. I know they were busy but she was super rushed and didnt do a good job. Both the lady that did my pedicure and manicure both asked where i lived. When i told them it wasnt really close they both said oh well you probably wont come back then. What a strange thing to say as this is on my way to pick up my son every day after work and for a great pedicure i would definitely stop in!

I was a loyal customer until tonight. I go into to get my regular pedicure and refill. I do not ever get my nails and toes at the same time. The girls all tell me if I want it separately done then I have to come back tomorrow. I have back problems and to twist and turn really hurts. They tell me they are going to close... yes they are at 8pm, but not at 6:30 pm on a Friday night. It clearly states that they are open until 8pm. I have come in at 7:30pm and they have never turned me down. I will never return.

This is my normal go to spot for my acrylics and pedicures, usually I have no complaints and my nails always look fabulous but today was the WORST experience EVER! Not sure if Helen is the manager/owner but she did an awful job, my nails look horrible and her attitude was absolutely disgusting.

I had a horrible experience years ago when they first opened and decided to give them another try.. what a terrible idea. The nail technician was ready to leave so she didnt really care too much about the quality of my nails which were crooked, contained bubbles, and the color wasnt even at all. The pedicure was great though! When the nail technician was through I walked up to the counter to pay and realized I had left the rest of my money in my car and had already given her half the payment.. this lady ran in front of me and blocked the door and WOULDNT ALLOW ME OUTSIDE!! My friend got the rest of my money that I had accidentally left in the car and was walking up to the door to hand it to me.. and both the women that work there were asking for it so they could hand it to me, which, thankfully, my friend handed me my money personally... I am an honest person and cant believe I was treated with such disrespect there last night. I felt thoroughly violated and will not be returning.

I was very unsatisfied with the quality of work produced in this establishment. This is not a nail salon I go to regularlly, but because I was in the area I wanted to give it a shot.After spending 2hrs in this location receiving a pedicure I was very unhappy with the turn out. I decided to no longer get my nails done and asked for my currect set to be soaked off. It took the lady another 30 minutes to get the acrylic off of my fingers and cut me during the process.When it was time to pay, I handed her my card and she snatched it out of my hand. Once I drew a line through the tip section of the receipt, she began to speak her native language to another coworker.-Unsatisfied Customer

They are always very friendly and out going and I must say they did a wonderful job my nails before my birthday party last week and I did not even have an appointment like I usually did.

I have been using this nail salon since my 5 girls were little which has been about seven or eight years. I love the facility and the staff there is like family after all these years. They are always willing to paint my little girlss fingernails and toenails and give me a discount for that and have even done it for free a few times while I am getting my nails and toes done. I have a kennel business and I am bathing dogs and cats all day long 5 days a week and my nails never fail me and they last a good three or four months if I cant make it back to the shop sooner!

Theyre really nice and so professional! They were super busy but I guess that comes with any place thats as good as they are.

First time there and I have no complaints. The women who did my nails even knocked two dollars off the price. Love my nails!

Really do not appreciate being sat at a station with nail clippings all over the towels. i was sat there unattended for 30 mins while 5 other people walked in and were taken care of immediately. when i finally was moved to a better seat the water i was to put my hands in was ice cold. after my nails were done i was shooed off to the drying station. when i finally left i noted the the polish didnt even reach my cuticles and that there was obvious layering and bubbles. one of the nails didnt even last 20 mins before flaking.just because i didnt want youre overpriced shellac doesnt mean i deserve a bad nail job. never coming back.

I cannot express how much I loved this place ever since I moved to Tomball. I will never go anywhere again, more precisely not to worry about having my nails done horribly wrong like many times before.

Written letter to the nail salon-copy and pasted,On Friday my two daughters (15 yrs old and 11 years old) and I walked in to get various things done.My fifteen year old got her nail tips filled. The tech that did her nails was rough and hit her skin several times with the sander. Several of her fingers have raw places above the cuticles. She was also rude. When she gave her a $5 tip, which in my opinion the tech did not deserve, the tech took out an extra $5 from the register. My daughter was shocked. I don’t know if this is common practice but it looked like she took an extra amount from the register.My 11 year old daughter sat for an hour and watched MANY people pass her up in line as she waited patiently. My fifteen year old watched her little sister get passed up in line by 8 people. I counted 6 from my pedicure chair. My youngest daughter was ignored and passed up by people that were paying for more expensive procedures. It was rude, thoughtless and plain bad business. Both of my daughters pay with their OWN money and earnings. They were paying customers. When she finally got back to a chair-the nail tech was rough and in a hurry. She filed her toe nails down to her skin and hurt her.My daughters will not be back. There are plenty of nail salons in Tomball that will love to have two polite young ladies sit in their chairs and will give them quality service.

Excellent felt great for at least a month after a wonderful massage and my nails and feet look spectacular.

The service was good but my shellac nails lasted 2 days. They usually last over 2 weeks at other salons.

I came in and was told to go sit in the back. After standing around the back by the pedi chairs I decided to walk out. Then the owner followed me out to my car and after telling her nicely u would return she continued to not accept no for answer. I hesitantly returned for a refill and pedi. Both ladies doing my nails and feet seemed in a hurry and were rough. My nails are now different lengths on my hands and one side is so short I will be getting them fixed asap. The owner acts friendly but you can tell its more about getting paid instead of providing excellent service. Also, as u sat there I noticed the place is a little run down and not that clean. I will NEVER return.
