Was lucky to spend a couple hours there while in town for a wedding. Its a weightlifting paradise. If I lived there, this would be my gym!

This gym is amazing! Its got the bodybuilder gym vibe for sure. If your wanting to build muscle, drop body fat and train hard this is indeed your spot.

I just went to have my test done with physical therapy.Was nice looking inside but kind of hide from main roads would have been better to have sign from main road but understand downtown Tifton anyway thanks.

Its always been an AWESOME place to workout and exercise. The staff is always friendly and helpful.
