The guys at Auto Collision were awesome, they got my car looking like new once again. I was considering selling my car but now Im having second thought since it look amazing. The staff at Auto Collision, were very professional and friendly, Ill recommend them to all friends and family.

I went in here to have a vehicle repaired. While I was doing the estimate for my work, someone came through and immediately took the manager outside and was freaking out about the horrible work on his car, that he had waited so long for. I didnt flinch, because that could have been a coincidence. While I waited for 10 days, (not a problem for me, I was getting quality work right?), I happened across some bad reviews on the place. Still not worried, surely it wont happen to me.When I picked up my vehicle, I paid first, got the keys went outside, and noticed a HUGE mess on the side, where someone had worn through the paint with a buffer or something. I pointed this out to the man checking me out, and he said, we didnt work on that area, it wasnt us. That is absolutely true, they didnt work on that area, NO ONE ever HAS. The mess wasnt there when I dropped it off. I was so bummed out. I didnt argue, and I needed my vehicle.When I returned home, other people asked me what happened to the side of my vehicle. They noticed immediately too. I have always kept my vehicle clean, so it would have stood out over time, and been noticeable to everyone who sees it daily.Shortly after, another man was checking out his car, and again was losing his mind with the person checking him out. He had problems too.I suppose I should never have gone ahead with letting them do the work, the minute I saw the first customer complaining at checkout. Dont go there !!!!!

Vehicle body repair is not something one looks forward to; accidents are traumatizing on their own, but I have to let everyone in the area of this facility know the following. I was (t-boned) by a motorcycle a few weeks ago that damaged my front ear side driver doors (holes in the doors), the center post, driver side window, etc. After reviewing online comments, I decided on Auto Collision Center in T.O. The estimator, facility foreman and staff could not have been more helpful in assessing the damage, arranging for my insurance company to agree with the estimate, making sure I had transportation (via their contract with a rental car company) and advising me how long it would take for the repairs to be completed. My vehicle was ready that exact day. It looks like it just came off the showroom floor.If you need vehicle body repair, DO NOT hesitate to trust Auto Collision to do it

We have used Auto Collision Center for years. Unfortunately, they couldnt help the 2 cars that my kids totaled, but they did fix the car that crossed paths with a Great Dane, the car that crossed paths with a really large raccoon, and the car that got t-boned. The work was done quickly, and professionally and I could not be happier. But, I hope I dont need to use them again. Weve had enough accidents.

My daughter had her first fender bender accident, and I had her handle the entire process of repairing our car for the learning experience. She was referred to Auto Collision Center by the Toyota dealer, and I am both impressed and thankful for the way they worked directly with my daughter through the entire process, insurance claims, repairs, rentals. All I had to do was drop off the car and and pick up when it was done!David Mosso, the manager, was professional and patient. The customer service team was friendly, the car was repaired earlier than promised, and the work is excellent! They even detailed the car for me! This was the most awful experience I have ever had....and Im still having it. After an accident I brought my car in for repair. I was told it would take 3 weeks. I called in 3 weeks and I was told it would be another week. I called after another week and I could not get a call back. I kept calling for 4 days and got every excuse in the book for why they did not know when it would be ready. After 5 weeks I called and asked for the manager. I could not get a call back from him. Finally, I asked to have the owner call me back. Surprise, the manager called me back. He told me it would be another week and a half. After over 6 weeks I just went in today to pick up my car. It looked like a 3 year old had put it together. I am livid!!! I did not accept the car and am figuring out what to do about this. I will notify the better business bureau for sure. Save yourself stress, a headache and time and find somewhere else to go. NEVER AGAIN!

Chuck did an AMAZING job on my Benz

My 2016 Jaguar F-Type S was at Auto Collision Center for 70 days for a rear quarter panel repair after it was backed into inside a parking garage. The car was delivered back to me covered in overspray and with swirl marks down the right side. It appears as if the car was rubbed down with a dirty rag or a with a wet rag while the car was covered in dirt or particles. The inside of the retractable spoiler was also chipped during repair. Something I didn’t notice until after it was delivered to me 3 hours away by Jaguar. Not ACC. I am extremely dissatisfied with the poor level of care that was taken with my vehicle and the additional expense I will need to incur to have the finish repaired. Truly astonished the car was returned to me in this condition.

Mike was referred to us by the Lexus of Thousand Oaks dealership, and we requested that he lower his rates, and he lowered them from $80/he to $65/hr, the lowest he could go, apparently.

I would never use this shop again. They gave an initial estimate of 6-8 weeks and the job ended up taking 14 weeks. Various bits and pieces of my car are missing from the interior and there are new imperfections and scuffs on the body from the repair.

Horrible service a dishonest misrepresent there time frame and cost
