Over price service👎

During my cross country trip from New York I started hearing a grinding sound in my wheel. Turned out to be a busted wheel bearing. Went to Russells on a recommendation and couldnt be happier. Finished in one day for a reasonable price. Very professional and quick 10/10

Brought in my classic muscle car to John and James. Not only did they get the car back to me the same day, but they dialed in what I needed perfectly. Will definitely be my go to place for all of our family vehicles.

John really worked with me on the price and I am so thankful for that. 3 days ago I was completely stressed out about getting my car issue resolved and smogged before the registration was due. I really did not think it could be done and I was running out of time. Today I am breathing a sigh of relief! These guys are the best! Honest, courteous, and hard working, and I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Russells Automotive is terrific. Ive been to several places in Thousand Oaks, and have seen such a difference when taking my car to Russells. These people are HONEST. They are fast and friendly. I have never left feeling cheated or disgruntled. They drove me back to work when I dropped off my car once. The labor rate is really reasonable. I will continue to go back to Russells when I need a repair.
