No help what so ever. The person can be a recording. There is NEVER any one there to help you and THE one on the phone telling you the blue box then the white box. Please take the word services out of the name and replace it with JUST building.

They don’t answer the phone !!

My mother is elderly she has left several messages for these people call her back and they have not. They dont answer phones. Its stressing my mother out who has severe heart problems and bp problems. These people are rude and need to have more compassion and respect for the elderly.

Local office is not open to public called 800 number still waiting on call back its been over a week now.

My only complaint is that they wouldn’t know how to return a phone call if somebody put a gun to their head. I’ve tried getting in touch with my caseworker for over a week and they will not call me back. I don’t know what’s going on but I would appreciate somebody giving me a call. They also closed my case even though I completed my renewal on the date that they said I had to do it until. Not real happy right now.

This place used a drugtest to take a child from his grandmother. The grandmother had a broken arm. She was taking her doctor prescribed medication and failed the test for said medication. Their response was, Oh well, you are to old anyway. These people are corrupt to the core. Looking for a good out of town lawyer now to look into this. Already had a hearing using a local attorney. The doorknob leading into the court was more useful. Our family does not have bottomless bank accounts in order to right this wrong, but we will do what we can.

Help is worth less black lady on her phone over 30 mins. Family child service is terrible and upson, plus the system the worker very rude. Need up grade the building & hiring process do a better job.

The staff was friendly very friendly havent seen GREAT EXCELLENT customer in GA NOWHERE in the 7 yrs ive been in GA! and from black women at that! they dont act like they hate they job

It’s hit and miss with this place, never get anybody one the phone and when I do it’s come in and we can help you, that’s about all I get for a question that could have simply been answered over a phone call. then when you do go in it’s a very long wait time. Then after you wait so long it’s to be told to go to a computer and fill stuff out then when you get to the computer you get no help what so ever. As for the people of the place it’s hit and miss too sometimes they are friendly and helpful and sometimes they are not.

They need to answer the phone Ive called for a week straight and it goes straight to voicemail does anyone know anyother number

The last time I was there they were very helpful and understanding

They are terrible. Unorganized. Rude. They do not help you; they send you to a computer and hope you figure it out. On 5 different occasions, they forgot to do their job and send in my papers and left me without assistance for 2 months. Theyre constantly just leaving their papers on the desk. Im not the only person who has been screwed over by someone who is too lazy to do their job.

That is a good place to go get help with anything when you need help with something thay are their too help you with it all

If you can get in and out without running into the crazy people its ok!
