My experience with Riddles Jewelry was great. I wanted to buy my girlfriend a gift that had sentimental symbology associated with it. Initially speaking with Davy I knew he was excited to help me find the right piece. After further discussion with Davy we came to the decision on a ring to buy. It is beautiful with diamonds and has both of our birthstones in it. It really is a great symbol of how her and I are connected. My appreciation for Davy‘s help cannot be overstated. This has been one of the best Riddles locations we have ever done business with. They really went the extra mile when my husband purchased a stronger chain for a pendant he already had purchased, however the pendant didn’t fit the new chain. We brought both pendant and chain in to be sized to fit and the jeweler wasn’t available until later that week. Then, within an hour they called and surprised me saying that it was done! It was also my birthday, I think they called in the jeweler for this custom fit for my special day. All in all they hands down have won our business because of their outstanding customer service, thank you Riddles of Williston!

The staff is amazing! I have been in there twice once for a ring repair and another time to have links taken out of a watch. They didn’t charge me anything and I didn’t purchase either item from their store. I am currently getting a ring sized by them and I know it will turn out great based on their customer service alone. If you have any repairs or just looking for jewelry this is the place to go in town!

I have only purchased one item from here but the reason why I did decide to make my one purchase here (a beautiful pear shaped diamond ring) was because of the great customer service I have experienced when I have taken jewelry (purchased else where) to be cleaned or replacing batteries on my watches.
