Great hair cut little wait.

Linda is inexperienced with a lot of haircut styles. She cut my hair too short and butchered the fade.There was nothing pleasant about my experience. I can go to my actual barber and get the same price for a way better haircut.

Shes an artist... This place ALWAYS does what I want with my hair, literally no matter what that is!!

Actually didnt want to come at first but my mom told me to at least try it once. Went and Maria killed it, by far she is one of the best hair dressers Ive gone to!! Plus she has a great communication with her client and the end result is just what you wanted !!! Will come back for sure!

I have been a loyal customer of this SuperCuts location for 10 years. I do not think that I will be going back. The last several times I have been tended to by the older hispanic woman mentioned in several of the other reviews. Unfortunately I cannot recall her name off the top of my head. The last two times I returned from my haircut, I had to finish the haircut myself at home. I get that this is a bargain haircut, and Im not knocking the price, but when sections of hair remain uncut, or the hair across my forehead is left crooked, or not cut at all, we have a problem. My hair is simple and straight, and the cutting is practically all done with a clipper. But here I am 2 weeks after a haircut still finding strands of hair that are an inch longer than everything else. Note that most of the stylists I have no problem with, they are professional and can manage a quick clean haircut. But its not worth rolling the dice to see if my hair will be cut correctly at this location any longer.

I checked in online for a 7:30pm appointment, but when I entered the store, I was told there were too many people who had walked in and they would not be able to honor our appointments as they had to close at 8pm. I was willing to wait for the stylist to be finished with their current client, but they made it clear that they did not want to honor our appointments at all.I have been a customer of Supercuts for the past decade, at a number of different locations in different States, always as a walk-in. But even if I checked in at the counter first, if someone entered with an appointment or online check -in after me, they would be seen before I was. I believe the stylists just wanted to have fewer customers so they could close on time, but they should have factored our pre-scheduled appointments and let the walk-ins know that they were booked.Supercuts just lost a long time customer, as I refuse to give this franchise any more of my business after this extremely disappointing experience.

I recommend everyone to go to Maria Wilson... hands down she was very professional and I had such a great experience with her. She will try her best to achieve the look you want. I will be going to her from now on for my haircuts and on top of that the price is cheap ! So that’s a bonus. I love my long layered haircut she gave me.Its been a year now and i just found out she doesnt work there anymore . If anyone knows where she may be working at now please message me. I miss you maria . Your the best .

After reading the reviews of this place I wasnt to sure if I wanted to go but it is close to home and very convenient. I have been a couple of times and really didnt like the outcome. I decided to give it one more shot and have been going every since. I get my hair cut every 4 months or so and I ONLY use Vernice. She is very sweet and definitely KNOWS her stuff!! She is a great asset to this company because even though the reviews arent great and I most likely would not have come back before. Vernice was able to make things right again, with such a positive attitude!!! I would and have recommended others to give them another try.. but ASK for Vernice!!

I think it depends on who you get. Some ar good some not so much. Its prices well

I went to this supercuts just because is close to my mom’s but was just so happily surprised with the level of professionalism of Sean!!! He’s a real stylist!! Awesome and just super nice!!! I will come from Houston every week just for him to do my hair!!!

Poor service. My husband and I always come here but after today I will not be coming here! Came in today the wait was not bad but as soon as this Hispanic older lady told me it was my turn she asked me what I wanted.. I told her then she goes oh no, no I dont think so and I said if you cant Ill rather go somewhere else. Then she goes no Ill try then I showed her the style I wanted and goes yeah no I cant do because your hair Is curly may I say Ive had my hair up all day in a bun which made my hair look very curly/wavy. I got up and said Ill go somewhere else then. Waisted my time.Not to mention that while I was waiting there was 2 people waiting with me and she turned a family of 3 down telling them they were busy that they had 6 people ahead of them. Which was a lie because when I checked in it said in was 3rd in line!Honestly terrible service from this lady..

Very bad experience. I would highly recommend you find a better place to go.They will charge you more than $10 just to simply blow dry your hair. They will charge $5 just to brush your hair with a round brush. This is all on top of the cost of the haircut itself. The employee didnt even tell my girlfriend this when he asked if she wanted this done.Why in the world does brushing her hair and blow drying cost more than the haircut itself? We went back inside to ask them about this, and they just said I guess he didnt tell you and that was that. I believe any business looking to keep costumers should offersome sort of refund if something like this happens. They didnt seem to care at all. But anyways, BLOWDRYING HAIR + BRUSHING IT SHOULD NOT COST $16! This is outrageous. Any normal haircut place would have this included, especially since its basically a part of the haircut. On top of this, the place is very rundown looking and messy.Please do yourself a favor and find a more reputable and professional place to get your haircut. I will definitely do so myself.

This was my first time coming to this Supercuts. Literally came here spontaneously becaue we were in the area and boy am I glad I did. Verenice was my stylist and I have to say she was so friendly, professional, my hair came out amazing! She did an absolutely great job. I messed my bangs up a week or 2 back and she was understanding and fixed my mistake. She listened to what I wanted, she did not push for anything different like other stylist tend to do. I can say I am one happy customer and I think I found my GO-TO girl! Thank you Verenice for making this Momma feel good!

Walked in to get a cut. One employee working with her back to the door. No acknowledgement I was there. I figured it was the hair dryer keeping her from hearing me so I went and sat down in her line of sight. 10 minutes later I left, still unacknowledged. Came back 20 minutes later and she was still futzing with the same client. Didnt even bother to go in. Wont be back

I called to in inquire about haircuts for Locks of Love. The woman who answered the phone said they do participate and would cut the hair but I would send off. I then asked how much? even though I knew those haircuts are free. She said $14.95. I brought it to her attention and she said I dont know about that. I asked Is there a mgr. that would know.She told me she was the manager.

Went to my usual place Cost Cutters for a haircut. Had the pleasure of being the customer to Vevenice Pompu who turns out to be an employee of SuperCuts and was just coving for the Mgr of Cost Cutter. She did an awesome job and was very professional. I hope to go visit her in the Woodlands for an other cut next time.

Just tried Supercuts because the lady I normally use is out of town and I will say the service was good I was just nervous letting someone new cut my hair but overall they did a good job.

I asked for a supercut III, but they didnt give me the rest of the service except a haircut.

Someone needs to take their license away. DO NOT EVER GO HERE FOR A HAIRCUT.They messed up BADLY on my hair then denied that it was their fault. The Hispanic manager lady is TERRIBLE and doesnt have even a tiny bit of respect for her customers. After they messed up my hair I refused to pay and she called the cops. I did not end up paying then 3 days later I checked my bank and theres a charge on my account. They charged the card they had on file (since I was a regular, they had my info in their computer). I disputed it with my bank and got the money back.Dont ever go here if you like your hair.
