I stopped in with no appointment to have my haircut and washed by Dora the proprietor. Very efficient, professional and reasonably priced. Would recommend to anyone and my experience was first class from start to finish. I will definitely return!

I have been going to this salon for years and called to set up an appointment with Dee Dee and the girl who answered “Dale” informed me she had left and that she had no idea where she had gone...well come to find out they all knew where she had gone too and had been lying to their customers.... not good customer service!So if you are looking for Dee Dee or Maida they are at the TGF location at Cochran’s crossing shopping center 4747 Research forest drive!Will never go back to the Alden Bridge location...

Oh my gosh. My shampoo, cut and style took 30 min and cost around $40. It was amazing! Ashley did an amazing job and it’s one of the best cuts I’ve ever had!!!

I went in for a trim and the stylist cut a hole in the back of my hair. The master stylist came to help her. She was extremely dismissive and condescending saying, “It’s just hair. It’ll grow back.” She attempted to ‘blend in’ the hole and when finished said ‘you can still see it but it’ll grow out eventually’. I had to leave and go to another salon where that stylist had to cut off 16 inches to fix it.This was the worst experience I have ever had at a salon. Unprofessional and unskilled. Do not go to this salon.

I went to get a wax and the lady literally took a part of my lip and it hurts so bad, to make it worse, she took a towel and started to brush it in my upper lip to ‘remove’ the wax. She also didn’t remove al the hairs, I asked her why wouldn’t she removed them, but she just said that she couldn’t remove them..I mean..what? They had the perfect size to be able to remove them.Terrible service, never going there again.

I went to get my hair colored and was thoroughly disappointed. I have light brown hair and I asked my stylist to make my hair blonde. After 2 visits and 5 hours in the chair, I was left with a dull, and still brown hairstyle. I do NOT recommend this salon for anything other than a trim.

I called today to make an appointment with Ana and was told she doesnt work there any more. Major loss had been seeing her for a about two years. Thats bad, I typically try to find a stylist with experience and I can trust. The search starts over.

I would give them no stars if that was an option. They cut a whole in my hair on the back of my head but didn’t tell me or show me when I was there? Now they won’t help me even though the are still open for a few minutes and I am flying out of town tomorrow morning. Don’t go to this salon unless you want the worst haircut of your life!!

If you don’t use the same person they will skip you. 2 stylist actually walked out with 3 people waiting. Then guy walks in and she tells me she is going to cut his 1st then cut mine. Blown away and lack of management and professionalism. Going else where from now on. Just lost a 7 year customer.

Horrible service. The attitude of the young lady who cut my hair was very unprofessional. Once I was seated she proceeded to yawn several times, check her cell phone, and make sure that her nails looked good. No hello. No thank you. No nothing.
