You have to be careful who you get at this salon. Thats number 1. The hairdressers who are pretty good usually leave and they dont have regular appointments, so even when they still work here you may not get who you want. Last month we got a hairdresser that left long stray hairs on my sons head and face and we were hoping to not get her again. Number 2, we walked in today and no one had a mask on. Not stylists or clients. As my son sat in the chair I asked the hairdresser if she had been fully vaccinated. She had not. I said to my son Lets go and she started his haircut. So...what the heck. Here we are in this nasty hair salon and no one with a mask on. Fingers crossed. The worst part? We got the same bad hairdresser. I didnt recognize her without the mask.

Best place to get your hair cut. Especially if you have a kiddo that doesn’t like haircuts. Angelina is very patient and understanding🥰💖 Even tho he moved so much he still looks so cute!

I had to come all the way to this location because I love getting my haircut at sportclips. I normally go to the willowbrook location but if that one is busy then I go to the champions location. This will be the last time I go to this location. Nothing to do with the stylist, its just to far away. Im really upset with sportclips and their employee retention. Maybe its just the owner/ manager of these two stores and the one off of I-10. The employees are not happy and seem to be quitting all the time. Its kind of a pain because as soon as I get a stylist I like, they quit. This makes the stores short staffed which in turn makes the stylist rush a haircut. Ive had to go home a couple of times and touch up a haircut. Never had to do that before with certain stylist but I could tell it was because they were being rushed. My two star review is not because of the staff or the cleanliness of the the store but the management and leadership. I sincerely hope that my two favorite locations can get some help and that the management team reads this. As a customer to your stores, Im telling you that your girls are hurting and need some help. They are good employees and seem to be unhappy.

If you have been to other Sport Clip locations then you know that they hold customer service and haircut quality very high. This location is no different. I was greeted when I walked in, check in was simple, and I was able to walk right in and get a cut. The experience was great, staff was friendly, and the facility looked like it was well maintained.

Great stylists. Just let them know what you want and you’ll be fine. Bianca is great! If you don’t know what you want or how to explain your haircut, that’s on you.

I am a regular customer great job on my hair cuts but honestly it is the small things like the beard trims and hot towel treatments and deep massage shampoos that make this a fantastic experience

Always enjoy my time in the chair such great staff. Very disappointed in the new owner! Tried for two days to get my hair cut but no airconditoner in the store during heat wave. Poor stylest try thier best to be positive but you can tell they are not happy with the way they have been treated. Please get it together owners take care of your stylest cause they take care of your customers. We will follow them because they are why we choose that store.

We went to this location because they didnt have a wait. You have to check in online. When I checked in nowhere did it tell me that they no longer took cash, a pleasant surprise after I went to get cash to give them. I also looked up prices on Google and it said for 12 and under $15, they charged me $20 because they changed it to 10 and under. Then they charged me $20 for the 9 year old because she had longer hair and told me that I got a deal because they would usually charge an extra $10. She had no style and only cut off 2 inches around the shoulder. Cash is legal tender, which means you cannot say no to cash, you can tell me to give exact change but cannot deny cash. Its a businesss job to make sure any information online about them is true, especially when it comes pricing. Only go if you love surprises, an ok haircut, and an uneven haircut.

Does anyone know where Nichole went ? She worked at sport clips for yrs than a bunch of them quit and she was one of them... Will check back to see if anyone can answer my question.

The atmosphere is nice and the staff are cool. Most of the time you get a great haircut. Ive gone here for over a year and like it. However, if youre looking for high quality haircut from a salon, you may be disappointed.

I bring my son here (3 years now) and always have a good experience. They are mindful of certain physical concerns he has and very kind to him. They do an excellent job on his hair and recommend products to supplement his hair care at home. Keep up the great work!

I normally wouldnt review a haircut place but I do believe in recognizing excellent experiences. Came in for a hair cut, waited for maybe one minute before I was seated. Ashley cut my hair and did a great job, as well as being friendly and nice to converse with. Facility was clean and well kept, staff was friendly, haircut was good. Keep up the good work ladies!

I always get good haircuts here. The wait can be up to 30 minutes easily, but that can be negated by checking in online to get yourself in line before heading in. This has saved me a lot of time waiting around. It even lets you pick your stylist.

Always clean and always decorated fun for whatever season it is. Brandi does a fantastic job every time.

Excellent location and even better service! I see Alisha there and she is aces! Not just a haircut, great facial care and other services are available. Never gone there? Let them know youre a first-timer and theyll take you through the many services they provide -maybe even getting some free as a first timer; just make sure you let them know and ask.I highly recommend this customer friendly spot in general and Alisha in particular.

This is one of the best Sport Clips locations. Always clean and well maintained. It seems like the best stylists also gravitate to this location. I highly recommend Alisha.

Wait time is ridiculous, I ended up walking out. They called my name though I’m not sure because the lady didnt even bother looking for me. Threw a quick glance in the opposite direction of me and went ahead and took me off the wait list. All within 3 seconds. Don’t recommend this place I’m never coming back.

Over priced in my opinion. My husband has had much better cuts for less money. We are paying for all the extras that we really dont need. He just wanted a good cut. Its possible that the stylist is not accustomed to all hair types, and she should be.

Been a customer for a couple of years now and even had my favorite stylist. But at 50 years old and balding, a buzz cut is all I ever need. Seriously, 5 minutes in the chair if that long. The buzz cut used to be $15 bucks, now corporate decided to raise it to $20! Not worth it. Greatclips does a mens cut for $14. Sitting at one now.

I had my 2 year old get his haircut here and they were very sweet and very patient with him

The hair cut was nice but the wait was ridiculous. The staff was just standing around for 10min just doing nothing while the waiting area was filling up. When I got here the wait given to me was 14 minutes which turned into 30 minutes. I come here regularly, but I hope the management can take care of this.

Both of my experiences here have been pretty terrible I dont even know why I gave this location another chance. Both ladies I got when I went there left me surprise as how the heck they even have passed the cosmetology exam. I would give both their names but Ill skip putting them out on the spot like that. Take my word and if you really want to go to a Sport Clips go to the one 5 min away from here on 242 next to the Walmart.
