Wow! The Nail Bar was the best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. The customer service was superb, the attention to detail was phenomenal, and the staff was very friendly, kind, and fun! I have been coming here since January of 2021, I always got my nails dipped, with extensions and almond or coffin shape. The nail technician glued my nails perfectly on top and under so that it won’t pop off and lift because I explained to the nail technician what I encounter at another nail place-my nails would pop off or lift . So she did my nails, I had no lifting, shaped was perfect, my nails stayed on for a month. I got my nails dipped by the same nail tech nail bae or Celine, My pedicure was from Macy which was satisfying and massages on my feet were great thanks Macy! The customer service was off the chain, I enjoyed the relax atmosphere and prices are reasonable. I would recommend this -place to anyone and give it a 50 stars if I could! Love the nail bar, truly a gem in the colony

The ladies in this salon are fun, friendly, and skilled! I’ve literally never had such a good time at a nail salon and have my nails come out nearly perfect. You can tell the ladies enjoy what they do but still really care about the quality of work being done.

These ladies did not come to play, it was a packaged deal! From the foot massage to the nails and then the conversation. Best experience ever, at a point I forgot I was at a nail salon, it felt like a kickback with friends. I was very comfortable and my nails were exactly what I wanted. If you are in the DFW area, don’t even waste your time going anywhere else.

I’ve been going here for 2+ years and it’s always quality work and a fun time. Everyone is so much fun and takes pride in doing an amazing job. I could go 3-4 weeks in between services but I would miss them too much!

The nail tech kept bragging about how much more glue she uses than other places. Well today I found out why reputable salons don’t use so much glue - if your nail gets snagged it rips off the entire top layer of your natural nail as well as detaches the nail from the nail bed. These are the most misshapen, thick and unattractive dip nails I’ve ever had. Seriously disappointing and painful experience. It will take months for my nails to recover after I have a professional soak these off.

I move to Austin ranch from New York, me and my girlfriend came to the nail bar i really appreciate how much these nail techs take their time, listen to my needs, and execute it the way I want them because as a New Yorker, I’m use to nails shops in New York rushing, cutting my cuticle with their nail drill and getting me out the nail shop with bulky nails for the next client but here is such a relax I appreciate the customer service and perfectionist of each nail tech here who cares for your nails & goes above and beyond to make sure our nails are maculate and perfect.. Celine, Nail Bae, and Leone were the BEST! I have been going to the same place forever but tried them and I’m so happy I did. They were so meticulous with their work, made sure I was happy at all times, and gave the best customer service I’ve had at a salon in a long time. So many places now try to force you in and out but they took their time and made sure I was happy and had a great time. They have a wonderful and positive energy, you can’t help but smile! It was a perfect way to relax after work! Please go see them! It was so refreshing

I just move to the colony from Chicago 2 months ago, was looking for a nail shop, my sister goes here and she recommended me, I came got my nails dipped a month ago and a majestic pedicure, I want to say the ladies at this nail shop are amazing, attentive, great customer service, quality of work is excellent, the nail tech glued the hell out of my nails to make sure it sticks perfectly-my nails dipped lasted a whole month and I came in here today to get a whole new set. My nails have never lifted, the glue nails stayed on firm for a month, I went to the pool and all. My color gel polish lasted on my toes. I spent almost $120+ tips. Quality work over quantity here at this place. I highly recommend this nail shop to anyone.

Nail bae and Celine outdid themselves with my nails! My toes and hands are looking better than ever!! I was very hesitant to do dipping powder on my nails but I’m really glad I did it! Celine is such a natural at what she does! And Nail bae left my toes looking amazing!!! She put so much detail and effort so they would look great! And gave me a feet massage that was to die for!!! Nail Bae did an awesome job with my manicure (dipping) and she really hooked me up! Macy also did a wonderful job with my pedicure. They were all friendly, funny and nice to talk with. Service was also great!UPDATE: When I do dipping powder, they last me for a very long time. Its been a week that Ive done them, and they are chipping in the bottom plus they are super thick. She did asked me if they were OK after smoothing them with the machine thing, but at the moment they looked fine until more of the POWDER & clear polish was applied. Ive never done a review until now & updating since they kinda insist to write one. Lol In all honesty, they are pricey for what I got. She did not charged me $5 for filing them squared/circle but Ive never been to a place that charges for that. I could have easily paid, no problem, but I refused. She was nice doing it free of charge though. Ive made another appointment to my old nail salon to get the dipping removed and Ill redo them. I moved, so my old nail salon is a bit of a commute but worth it! My hair keeps getting stuck at the bottom of the dipping powdered nail because of how thick it is plus the chipping is not helping. My pedicure still looks awesome though. Customer service is great but not the Dipping powder for manicure. She was super friendly and nice though.

I went to The Nail Bar because it was nearby & it was my first time. I called to make an appointment & they fit me right in. As soon as I came in, they made sure I was soooo comfortable. I am super indecisive about colors and all I had to do was tell Celine what I was going for and she chose the color for me. The color is perfect! Nail Bae made sure there was great music playing(literally like all of my fav songs). These ladies made me feel like a V.I.P guest, even though they had never met me.Nail Bae did the most amazing pedicure & Celine did the best dip powder full set. They were so personable & kind. I felt beyond comfortable throughout the whole experience!I also love that they break down the pricing before they even start on your nails. I’ve never experienced that at any other shop.I will definitely be back & refer them to everyone I know!

I’ve been going to the salon since 2019 and Celine and the other nail technicians are amazing!!! I’ve never left the salon not satisfied And if I accidentally mess up a nail right after I leave they immediately fix it!! They ALL do an incredible job and have such fun personalities! I always get top notch service and the entire staff is wonderful and always greets me by my name the second I walk in which is so nice!!

I got my nails done almost a week ago first time coming here, I read the review and thought i give it a try. First the filed my own nail super thin and less than 5 days later my nails get stuck in my hair by the cuticle. I’ve done dip for 2 years and I’ve never had my nail getting stuck in my hair even after a month and now they’re already breaking.

I totally enjoyed my experience at the nail bar. Everyone that works there are so down to earth and the hospitality was off the chain. I received one of the best pedicures ever there. The environment is pleasing and serene. I’ll definitely will be coming back again and again!!!!!!

Hands down best nail place in the area. Best pedicure- they fixed the bruises on my nails, gave an amazing massage and made sure they used best tools/ product. This shop does awesome work and is always clean and professional. They make sure to take care of their customers, no matter what the service. My dip nails always last at least two-three weeks every set, even if they get a crack, due to me being rough with my hands. They are the same price, if not, cheaper than other shops in the area.

Whenever I come by this nail bar they are always busy, packed, my friend highly recommended me to them so I decided to go in today without booking an appointment and it worked out! I was well greeted by a beautiful person with tattoos, she led me to my pedicure chair. I did the deluxe pedicure and she did an amazing job, good conversation, my toes came out beautiful and great massages. I will come back again definitely. I recommend this awesome place to anyone... I had Nail Bae and she did a great job. the place was super clean and professional and they have special drills that dont cut you!! i have never had a more perfectionist nail technician that wanted the best for my nails. they also have a special soaking solution so they dont have to use the drill to get your nails off. the utmost care was taken of my hands and i walked out with a great manicure and no nicks!

I have been coming here for 6 months now, Got my nails dipped always by nail bae, my nails last for 3 weeks to a month. i never had a problem with my dipped nails, they were thin to perfection. If I break my nails and they would fix it first go round. I enjoyed this place, my nails were shaped beautifully the way I want them, my nails became healthier since I came to the nail bar in Austin ranch in the colony (NOT PLANO), the organic pedicure put me to sleep thanks to Macy, that’s how good they are, I love my dipped nails and my pedicures. This place is amazing! Getting your nails done can sometimes feel like a chore, but not here. The place is clean, comfortable and you don’t feel rushed. The nail techs here provide above and beyond customer service.. they are are thorough, pay attention to detail, and they actually care about the long term health of your nails and skin. This has been one of the best mani/pedi experiences! I wish that 10 stars was an option, because they deserve it!

I’ve been biting my nails since I was 7 years old, have NO natural growth, and Nail Bae still managed to get my nails looking super thin, natural, and STUCK on... no getting them off!!UPDATE: After reading some of these reviews, I’m shocked. Nail Bae has always taken care of me and has always made sure my nails are exactly the way I want them. The glue never burns, I’ve been doing my nails with Nex-Gen/Dip with this same glue, this same powder, has never hurt or burned me in any way shape or form, neither has it lifted. Especially not with the service here. They are always courteous and kind and will always make sure that you are happy and taken care of.Also. The price is stated to you up front, broken down, and if you don’t have the money to get your nails done, cancel your appointment babes. I been coming here for 4 months now, my nail tech Mjade always did my nails and did an phenomenal job, the most meticulous, careful, and perfectionist nail techs I ever met.Prior to going to nail bar, I had google the business read all the reviews, they have new ownership which isn’t Tammy and Khoi anymore, so I decided to get my nails dip & a pedicure. I got my nails dipped, the nail tech never cut my cuticles and my nails Was shaped perfectly, there were no thickness layers on my nails, my nails was not bulky either. They soak my old dip Off in a matter of 8 minutes without running a drill over my old nails dip. Quality work, the wine was great, music was good & My pedicure was wonderful, I always spent $130 every time and totally Well worth it because I’m not a cheapskate. Nice nails aren’t cheap and cheap nails aren’t nice, I would give this place a 50 Stars if it could. It is never a disappointment when I come here. I highly recommend this place to anyone! This review is to piggy back off my fiancés review. I was told they would fix my nails then the boss said to the nail tech the only thing she could do was soak off my nails, file them down, and then put a clear coat on them. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I was then told to come at 3pm 7/23 so they could be fixed but to not talk to anyone else except the nail tech who did my nails. I never heard from her so I did not go. I was then told I would get my money back however that did not happen either.QUALITY IS TRASH. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! IVE HAD MY NAILS FOR A WEEK AND THEY LOOK LIKE TRASHHHHHHHH!!!!

I had schedule an appointment to have an ombré done & pedicure, the nail technicians were very polite, courtesy and professional. Prices were reasonable, quality nails last me for 3-4 weeks, you pay for what you get. Celine was phenomenal the manager... enjoy the atmosphere, although I read the past 2 negative reviews about this place, I decide to give it a try it was in my area and convenience, I’m glad I didn’t believe what I read on the negative comments on google reviews and decided to go there myself a couple of times and has been wonderful. Nail bae did my nails almond shaped evenly the way I want them, she is the most meticulous and perfectionist nail technicians I know and Macy did great job on my gel pedicure. I live in Arlington and drive here for this excellent service where I can’t find anywhere else in Dallas. Totally worth my drive. They have never disappoint and the customer service is fantastic. Im a queen and I love being pampered and the nail bar is the place to be! Be sure to booked appointments because they are busy shop. I also want to add that they have a nail drill with nail bits that does NOT CUT ur cuticle at all, I was in awe shocked cause I’m used to being cut and my cuticles would bleed by nail techs from another nail shop And they have this 8 minutes dipped soak off solution that soaked my nails off in minutes without running a nail drill over my nails. I highly recommend this place to anyone. I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Love the nail bar!!!

I paid fro my fiancé to get her nails done on 7/20/21 the very next day (7/21/21) her nails were lifting, looked HORRIBLE, & the glue they used burned her. My fiancé reached out to the the salon and spoke with the nail tech who did her nails, she let her know the issue. The nail tech said she would correct the issue. 7/23/21 the nail tech calls my fiancé to let her know that the owner said the only thing she is allowed to do is soak off her nails but not correct them. He said he has been doing nails for 40 years and he has never experienced this issue I do not care if he has been doing this for 100 years THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE I WANT MY MONEY BACK! PLEASE DO NOT SPEND A DIME HERE.

I read a review below me that says this nail bar had a man filming a underage child which was false, this location doesn’t have a man nail tech and they got the wrong nail bar. I seen it all over the Dallas news and Facebook, the nail bar place that had a male nail tech film an underage girl and human trafficking was located on Plano Texas called A Nail bar. I will continue to come to this great place in Austin ranch. Thanks Celine and Nail Bae jade for my nails and pedicure on my mom!
