Pricing is a little high for solar nails and some tips. I paid 45 and gave ten dollar tip. I was trying to be nice with the tip because I know she was trying.Underneath my nails shouldnt look how they look. Should look cleaner not filed well. And the nail tech kept hurting my nail using electronic file. The file was burning into my nail I yanked my hand back. I would say just slow down be patient. Good thing is they do offer you water maybe juice to drink. I think it is complementary.

Excellent service always! Linda does a great job on my nails and Ana does my pedicure. They have a really good Covid-19 prevention set up also and have since they opened.

Great service and price

I had a great experience but there are a few things that I wish were done differently. I had already booked an appointment prior to the day I went. When I arrived at 1:00, which was on time, I had to wait an hour before I was able to get my nails done. When I usually get my nails done I get my cuticles pushed and cut but I did not get the cut and pushed during my appointment. Some people may not mind but I think that getting my cuticles cut and pushed is very important to making the nails look the best that they can. I was not very happy about the wait but I was very pleased with the end result.

This is a nail salon in The Colony, between the resale shop and bowling alley. My expectations were not that high. Its dated but clean, the massage chairs were in pretty good shape and also seemed very clean. The gal took quite a bit of time did a great job on my long overdue feet. Everyone was friendly and my friend and I were helped quickly even with a full place. Deluxe pedi included parafin, massage, scrub and was a full hour and $35.

I normally love this place, but I made an appointment, and they didnt seem to care. My appointment is at 11 its 1142 and Im walking out. I just watched a woman with an 1130 appointment get taken care of before, with out a care of the fact my appointment was 30 minutes before hers.

Always cheerful and really good service

The ladies were super nice however my nails look pretty bad for them to be $45+. I tried dip nails for the first time and my nails look terrible. They charge for shape and length, which is fine but the shape is nonexistent. I was supposed to have coffin shaped nails and that is not what I recurved. My nails are fat and boxy, the nail bed starts slim, gets pretty wide and looks a little tapered but doesn’t qualify for COFFIN nails. I am extremely disappointed because the nail tech was trying. They looked so bad and I tried to file them down on my own once I got home but it is not helping. I will be removing them within the next few days. This was poor quality and I will not be returning.

Me and my mom came here to get our nails done. my moms nail tech did a poor job of giving by her lasting nails. my nail tech, however, rushed me and messed up multiple times. she had gotten hair in my nail and i told her about it but she said it was fine, and when we were done, i had realized 3 of my fingers were bleeding and hurt really bad. i do not recommend this place.

I love my girls at Lamour. Very sweet. They give great massages and are very down to earth people. Salt of the Earth people. They will work very hard to make sure you are happy with the service.

I will never return to them. They are rude and barely speak. They spoke to some people but not to others and i noticed that they welcome certain customers to come back while others they didnt give so much as a backwards glance. The atmosphere was tense and makes you feel like you cant wait until its over.

Great selection of all types of polish. Im a long-time customer and cant imagine going anywhere else. Excellent, friendly, professional service.

I’ve been going there for years and have tried many different salons (closer to me), but I always end up back with them, despite the distance. All the ladies are very friendly, they take their time and have always gone out of their way so I come out of there with what I wanted. They are also very honest and their pricing is very reasonable. They will always be my go to nail spot.

A friend recommended this place to me; I took a chance and showed up as a walk-in. Greeted with a welcoming smile, they were able to provide a pedicure right away. Extremely impressed with their entire set-up; pedi recliners are great and felt the entire experience was relaxing, considerate and professional.Other than an occasional language barrier (was told by friend who originally recommended them, that the owner and staff are from Vietnam) so based on my opinion/assumption is the majority of clientele primarily speak english. So having said that, communicating was, for the most part understandable with comfortable ease.Pedicure options are explained in a detailed menu with listed prices for specific services. (Ive had pedicure services only so unaware if nail services work the same.)Literally, Ive never seen such a vast array of colors and design choices. As a side note, you are offered a beverage of choice, obviously at no charge. Service prices are more than reasonable and operating days/times allow plenty of scheduling options.Having been back 5-6 times, each experience has been such that I highly recommend this business. Without hesitation, if they offer gift cards, I would definitely give to a friend or family member.

I came here and I felt like I was being rushed out of the chair. I got my nails and feet done. the lady caused my big toe to bleed by rushing so fast. and my nails looked bulky.

The below reviews speak for this place. They dont listen, over charge, rush during your service, act as if they had never seen a black female walk in their place of business. They moved me from a perfectly working new chair to a broke down one.. BEWARE, dont deal with this MESS. AWFUL.

Wish zero stars was an option. Wanted my old set removed as just a new simple set with white polish.... The lady put gel over my old french tio set bc she was too lazy to take them off. It WAS HORRIBLE. Three of my fingers bled, the gel was uneven and . A hundred percent tacky. She refused to fix them and screamed at me across the facility.... And the owner is a joke. She witnessed the whole thing and was no help. Charged me for a new gel set when technically all i got was a half ass fill. TRUST ME,GO TO AMERICAN NAILS INSTEAD.

Where to begin....I went there last Saturday to have my nails done for an engagement party weekend. First time there, everyone was friendly. I asked for a manicure and nex gen. The lady removed my old set and began working on the new set, I asked about the manicure and she said after the new set, as she was glopping, literally, the new ones on, I asked her if she was sure about the application, oh yes, she informed me. I then suggested she was putting it on too thick, and she oh no, it will be fine once its all done, I asked for square round and she had difficulty on that one also. So when she was done, I asked about the manicure, oh you didnt ask for one, we should have done it in the beginning. I asked for a manager, they all just looked at me, I asked a little louder and I was told she wasnt in. I left my name and number to have her call me, Ive called every day since, and have been in there 3 different times and she is never there. On my last stop by, I asked to see the ladys credentials that did my nails, because none of theirs is displayed, she told me only the owner could show me! This place is horrible and unprofessional.

I have been going here for 6+ years as have my mother, grandmother and aunt. I wont let anyone else do my nails. I moved over an hour away and still travel to have my nails done by Mindi. She is amazing.

Dont go here. I they overcharge and do not listen to what you want. I asked for a fill and while talking to someone I came with ripped them off to get a full set before I could argue, so they charge you to pull off the old nails. She put down the color tips and cut the Length without asking me how long I wanted. I asked her to redo the way I wanted it and only did that one nail that way. Then that same day my nail broke because they were so thin and were rude over the phone about fixing it. I DO NOT GO HERE
