This is my spot customer service great service in general amazing. they pay attention to details and they go above and beyond. I 100% recommend this place to anyone

They are very hard working, I love how the did my pedi and mani! We didnt let them know we were coming in and they still took us in eventhough they were very busy, im impressed!!

I am changing my review of this place because a couple of weeks ago I went in for a pedicure and they let this young guy cut and injure my toes to the point of bleeding. They still charged me the full price. Who does that? He wasnt even the guy I requested when I made the appointment. They could have at least given a discount, if not made it free after making me bleed. NOT good. wont be going back to this place.

They fixed the mess another place did to my. Nails. They didnt charge a ram and a leg.

What an awful experience, my first time trying this location. The facility was not clean I got a pedicure and a full set and by the next day my full set was already falling off. I will never return here for services.

Ive been a respected client of this business for close to 10 years. The owners and employees there have earned my loyalty by always ensuring my satisfaction. Ive never had an issue that was not quickly resolved and have had the opportunity over the years to witness them doing the same for many other clients. I recommend this salon to friends and family frequently and will continue to do so.

I have been a LOYAL CUSTOMER for years. I went in for nextgen last Wednesday and today (one week later) after 4 nails were lifting... I asked for my money back. The owner would not give it to me. I am extremely disappointed and will not be back ever again. Spend the extra $5 and get your nails done elsewhere.

Wonderful experience! Really put the effort in to make you feel pampered! Very nice helpful staff! The shopping center it’s in looks a little sketchy and it’s a little off the beaten track otherwise I’d give five stars.

Where to start. First of all I was rushed, came in about 2 hours before closing so wasn’t coming in last minute and was finished well before closing and there were other customers as well. I got dipping powder for my nails and the older woman was not even going to cut my cuticles prior to dipping them, I had to ask her. Also it’s been 2 days since I went and my nails are already chipping so they obviously use cheap products. Do not recommend. I should have gone to my normal salon.

I went to have a color change (shellac) at 7:15 and they close at 8. They told me no because they were ready to go. One person was at a table not doing anything and one was in a pedicure chair listening to music... two people who could have done my nails but didnt feel like it. 45 minutes is plenty of time... if you close at 8 then close at 8. American nails (right across the street) could have had me in and out in 30 minutes or they would have stayed late. Customer service goes a long way in a customer service job. Very disappointed. They asked if I could come back tomorrow. The only reason I stopped was because they were open. I will be continuing my business at American Nails. I will not go somewhere where they will say no to a customer simply because they dont feel like working.

Pedicure was fantastic, only 3 stars because I had an appt at noon, got in the chair at 12:30 sat with my feet in the water for over an hour. It took till after 3 to get out of there.

I have been a customer since 2004. Have always received great service. Recommend call ahead or make an appointment . They are VERY popular on the weekend. If you want a walk-in instead of making an appointment, be prepared to either wait or come back later if they are super busy.Thanks Team Advance Nail! Glad to be your customer.Kimberley

I went to get my nails done this morning! The owner had great customer service. But wasn’t good at all on doing nexgen(dip powder) my nails were very clumpy & uneven I had to come back so she could re-due the clear top! The place is very dirty had a bad smell flys were everywhere! Please keep your money.

My usual nail salon was booked so I decided to give this one a try. Very unhappy with this salon. It took two hours to get my nails done (dip powder) and they turned out just awful. It is clumpy, uneven and all over my fingertips. It looks like someone did them with their eyes closed. I’m so frustrated I spent my time and money here just to have to get them redone somewhere else.DO NOT COME HERE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Great service but my gel manicure didnt last. It looked okay for just 5 days.

This is the only place Ive tried that does such a great job on gel mani, that after over a week, my nails still look like they were done yesterday.

This place is excellent.If I could go back through and demote all the other places based on the merits of this one, I would.The first time I visit is with the Groupon. The first time I visit almost any new salon is via Groupon.The Groupon was for deluxe manicure gel polish with the Deluxe pedi. When I arrived they informed me that it would be the regular pedicure for the price of the Groupon.While I was frustrated when she told me this, I have to say I appreciate it The Upfront revelationBut it was a matter of semantics... I have no idea what they do for their Deluxe pedicure, maybe gold leaf on your cutest toe. Their regular pedicure was on the level of most places best pedicure option - callus treatment, if you needed, hot stone massage - yes, inclusive in the regular pedicure!The soak off method ( highly preferred) is not an upcharge when youre getting gel nail polish.The attention to cuticles, shape, preferences, all the things that a license esthetician would be expected to do... Width of the patience and skill of an artist for the polishing.My nails are now healthier and if it wasnt for the new growth, the edges look great even during week 3.I drive 40+ miles round-trip for this salon. And I paily retail.

I use to come here all the time but I will never be back. I went there Wednesday to get my nails done for my Engagment pictures. Their menu said $22 for a full set of Acrylic. They charged me an extra $5 because they were white Acrylic. No other place has ever done that. Also, yesterday one of my nails popped off yesterday and three of them popped off today.... what a waste of my time and money!
