I went in today for a simple manicure and pedicure. I could not have been more disappointed in the service I received. My pedicure was fine, nothing special but at least the nail technician was friendly. My manicure on the other hand....wow. My 5 year old could have done a better job. First she trimmed the cuticles on only one of my hands, then after asking her to trim my nails she gave me a nasty look and completely ignored me. After the 7minutes she spent with me she threw a coat of paint on and tapped my hands as if to say “done”. No lotion, no hand massage, nothing. I went in fully expecting to leave a very generous tip after knowing they have been out of work for so long, however I could not justify this technicians atrocious job. Instead here I am writing this review. Save your money and 7 minutes of your day and go literally anywhere else.

I will not be coming back, came in for a new set and a pedi, I was not asked what kind of pedi I wanted, they chose to give me the basic one, ( not what I was planning on getting) they decided to do my pedi at the manicure table which was very uncomfortable and not good at all. and I’ve never seen anyone do that, so I didn’t even get a real full pedicure, dip powder stained my skin. Over all disappointed in the service and customer service. I recommend taking your money elsewhere!

They all do good job but my favorite one is the daughter of the owner. She is faster, consistent, precisely, and take a pride of her job.. she do all kind job from facial, eyelashes,,etc...good good.

The basic pedi feels more like a deluxe. Best pedi I’ve had in all my 30 years. This is an amazing deal. I will definitely be back.

I have been going to this nail salon since I moved to Texas 6 years ago. I liked the prices fast service and my nails seem to always turn out nice.....however the family that runs this place have not been very friendly despite me being a regular customer that has always went out of my way to be nice and have spent an average of $70 per visit 2x a month. I have been talked into everything they have to offer me trying to be nice. However as of the last 3x I have been there l have been cut and the gel polish never set so they where sticky it ruined my nails. They are recently crooked from this last visit. Then today Im told I was under charged on my last visit. I showed Sally my bank statement that I spent $70. I got a fill, eye brow wax and tint, and toenail polish change. Sally squeezed my hand really tight and said you got more than that do you want me to go check the cameras from your last visit. I wanted to cry. I will NEVER go there again!

I have gone to this nail salon many times and they least do a fabulous job. The facility and equipment are always clean and the employees are always very friendly. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a professional job done on their nails

I have been a customer for over 5 years. If you are looking for excellence work, quick service and a nice establishment this is the place. Its family owned and they really take pride in their work. I was very excited to try out the store. I usually spend over $100 on my next gen nails, and I go very often because my nails grow fast. When I walked into the store today there were three employees and one customer slash, a male employee approached me and told me that he was too busy to serve me do all of the seats in the store were completely empty. I will never return to this place they obviously dont know how to run a business.

I Went to Nail It for the first and for last time ever.Paid for a deluxe manicure and deluxe pedicure at first they started out good.Was never offered a water or soda.most nail places I go to they offer the water, soda, wine or even a mix drink.The deluxe pedicure comes with the wax paraffin they werent gonna do it till I asked about it.I paid my bill $88.00 on one card for manicure, pedicure and gel paint. I put a line thur the tip section.And $10.00 on another card for tip.I noticed they added a 10.00 tip to the 88.00 chargeWhich I didnt do.So instead of getting 98.00 total the took 108.00 from me.They tried to say the bank charged it not them. I got the bank on the phone and the bank said they did put in for the extra 10.00Then the nail place tried to say fine they will credit it back but would charge me a fee cause they get charged a fee. I said no cause they shouldnt have over charged me it the first point.The lady told the Male worker just give it to me he was mad and slammed it down on the the counter and said go get out and dont come back.LOL LIKE I WOULD GO BACK NOWAY NOT EVER...There are so many Nail saloons around nobody deserves to be treated like that.Think twice before you go to Nail ItAnd if you do go watch your bank statement.

We walked in as the doors opened and were asked to wait. a customer comes in immediately after us and he says to her hello, do you have an appointment? will not spend my money with folks who dont value my business! we were there first and should have been served accordingly!

One of the worst Nail Salon I have been in, horrible service, I did NextGen and both my hands have color difference, the lady was in such a hurry that instead of using nail color remover she kept on using the machine until it started to hurt me. Never going back and would never suggest this place to anyone

Went there for my first time and got nexgen, the lady that did my nails was not very nice and seemed rushed. She left her finger print on one of my nails after checking to see if the top coat was dry, and didn’t even bother to fix it. Not only that but I was not pleased with the shape of my nails and left my thumb nail crooked. I definitely will not be coming back here.

My first and last time to go into this place....the old Asian guy is not friendly at all and he ruined my nails....my polish only lasted a day.I would not recommended

The girl cut almost all my fingers with the tools, the man kept burning me with the drill trying to file off all my previous nexgen, some of my nails are thicker than others and I have streaks of top coat. Never going back again. Im a patient person and always try at least 2 or 3 times. That was my 3rd and last time. Never going back there again.
