We waited for the bounce house and sno cone machine on June 26, for a child’s 8th birthday party. They never called, nor showed up that evening, they have yet to return any calls nor refund the money that I paid to rent the items.We have went by the store several times and it is still closed.I highly recommend using someone else unless you want to see disappointment on faces!

Very disappointed in every aspect of doing business with them. I hired them to set up 2 of their large tents for our Benefit. Paid them in full months before the event and they never showed up. Wouldn’t answer the phone. And never bothered to call. You better have a backup plan when dealing with these folks.

DO NOT USE this place!! Took my friend’s $1500 to set up tents for her husband’s Celebration of Life outdoor service and The Big Event Party Rentals never showed up to set them up!! Big fraud/scam. Lowest of low company.

These guys provided us with a magnificent bouncy house for our adult Halloween party. They brought it out and set it up for us before the party. The guy was cool and professional. He answered all of my stupid questions about drunken adult capacity and vomit insurance. The next day he came out and picked it up. Well worth the money. Would bounce again.
