First time ever being in this Party City. They had everything we needed & then some😊 Some of the employees werent too talkative & at first I felt a little uncomfortable but then here comes Faith❤ I have to say she made the experience so much better & was so helpful. There was a young man that was very friendly also, cant remember his name but Im thinking Tyler or Logan. Either way, super sweet young people & hard working. Only complaint I had was there were so many items with no prices listed. Other than that, great experience.

Accidentally ran into one of the small little shelves poking out in the aisle And when We asked keosha If she had a tissue or a Band-Aid or something she said theres a bathroom in the back and there was no sympathy whatsoever No Im sorry No Nothing. It seems to me yall should keep a firstaid kit in the store.

The manager was really great and helped me out a lot. The only reason I docked them one star is that they have a lot of merchandise that didnt have a price at all, anywhere. I had to track someone down or take stuff to the register to find out how much it was.

I got excited when we got a Party City in town, but a couple of days ago when I came in here, I was disappointed. My friend and I came in here to see what we could find for a friends Birthday, and we could not find what we were looking for. The prices were higher than Walmart, Hobby Lobby, and Dollar Tree. The mens bathroom was out of order, so I had to wait until I got next door to Hobby Lobby. I had high hopes with this place, and it was a let down. But if you are looking for a particular theme Birthday party like Frozen or Doc McStuffins, then I would recommend this place. They even have tailgate supplies as well.

I had the absolute best experience here with the whole squad. However, Tyler went above and beyond for me today and I greatly appreciate his customer service

Still have a decent selection even late. Did not have the size FNAF costume we needed though.

I believe the young ladies name was Delaney or something like that. She was awesome. She was very helpful and did a great job with the balloons. This place has an amazing selection of balloons and party supplies.

My mother went in 6/15/19 and got balloons for my daughters 3rd birthday. Instead of stringing up one of the 5 balloons she taped it to a string on the other balloon. Thankfully it didnt fly away when she walked out. It was really windy that day. Poor customer service.Another conversation went on while there with 2 employees. One of them was filling up balloons and she ended up popping 1 balloon. She then asked the other employee what do I do?. The employee told her just tell them it popped and dont replace it. If I paid for several balloons best believe I want all the balloons I paid for. Especially since the employee popped it. I WONT be back.

Shady store, Shady management - purchased an item from this location. When I made it home and opened the package the item was damaged and did not work. When I returned to the store with my original receipt intact I was told they wouldnt allow me to return it because it was open .. their policy on the receipt states different but they would not honor it. Basically they got my money and I got nothing.I highly recommend opening the merchandise in store BEFORE you purchase it.

Workers need to be more helpful and friendly . With three workers behind the counter we stood in line for 15 minutes, then a worker decided to get on another register. She then started ringing us up, grabbing stuff that was already on the counter that was not ours. When we told her she just rolled her eyes, and was upset she had to ring it up again. Needs better customer service!!

Customer service was HORRIBLE. Fire those kids and out them in a drive thru. Spending $200 today should come with better customer service!

I was able to get everything for my daughters party here. They have so much to chose from and really reasonable prices. They were putting up Halloween stuff while I was shopping. The wide range of choices was great. Will definitely be going back for our next party event.
