Called ahead and told me to come in an hour later because they were busy.. Went in at the time they told me and was still waiting 15 min.. So i just told them nevermind and left.Lady there was rude.. Seems she was overwhelmed by people but there is no reason for rudeness. Never going back..

First time going here with my sister, we loved it. Linda and her husband were hilarious and very friendly! Our nails turned out great!

The female artist doesn’t know how to ombré and my index finger nail fell off in 2 weeks. I’ve had better jobs done for wayyyy cheaper. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

I had individual eyelashes applied yesterday because I heard they were less expensive here. What a mistake! My eyes are red, irritated and painful and she actually cut the end of the lashes off where the are not cute anyway! I called seeking assist with having them removed but no help was offered and much less an apology or offer to have them redone after paying $43.00 yesterday!Tiffany at Modern Nails costs a lil more but she will fix any immed problems for free and they always look professional!

I called because I am new in town. Said I had a few questions and the lady responded, No I dont have time. Here. and passed me to someone else. It was rude and surprising and confusing. What was even more surprising was that the person she passed me to was the owner and they were totally okay with that kind of customer care. Decided that I didnt need the prices after all and looked for somewhere else to go!

Did my individual lashes within 10 minutes and a couple days later they were falling off!!! I don’t appreciate this at all!!

They were cursing and very rude to me and I will never go back over there. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau
