Been a customer for over 5 years. They always do a wonderful job & treat me well!

I went and got my nails done because so many people recommended them.. what I wanted was simple… acrylic nails with a yellow gel polish.. well the next day the gel starts chipping and peeled off 3 of my nails.. I went back they “fixed it” no charge well later that night it peeled off again commented pictures on their Facebook page to even get them to respond… Says she’ll only try to fix it one more time..

This was my first time visiting Savvy Nails.First impressions: weird entrance, didnt know if I should go through the curtains or wait; a little dark when I got into the spa.I was greeted by a nice gentleman that had a mask on and asked me to sign in. I was 9 minutes early to my 5 oclock appointment. I sat on their comfy leather couches and watched TV. They have about 10 manicure and 10 pedicure stations. I was seated at a manicure station at about 5:02. I needed my nails soaked off but no one brought the acetone to me until 5:14. I soaked until 5:24 (which i thought was a little too long). While I was soaking there was a lady getting her nails done, that was even kind enough to tell me about her nails and how she liked them. Once the process of removing my nails began it was a pretty basic process.The nail tech, Julie, that was assisting that customer was very kind and explained more in detail to me how dipped nails work versus acrylic nails. (I should mention Ive had acrylics on for about 10 years and wanted to start the process of healing and strengthening my nails)Once that customer was finished I slid over to Julies station and she continued to take care of me. She was gentle, caring, focused and really showed she cared about me. She made me feel very welcome and showed that she cared very much for her job and clients. We even had a little conversation about the holidays and family.I will be returning in 3 weeks to get my nails done again, and most likely will get a pedicure as well.I highly recommend Savvy Nails! What a pleasant experience.

After going to many nail salons in Texarkana over the years, Savvy has become my favorite. After going there for over a year now, Ive never left unhappy. Julie loves what she does and makes sure her clients leave 100% satisfied!

Im writing this review all while the sweetest lady is rubbing my legs and feet! When I tell you this is the BEST place in Texarkana to get a pedicure im not lying! I live in Dallas and I havent had a pedicure there like this! Im sooo amazed by the environment and that the woman who did my feet actually took her time and made sure I was comfortable the entire time! GO here! They wont disappoint 🙌

I love the service and care they have for their clients. My brother works there and he goes out of his way on the weekend when I was there to buy supplies and look at chandeliers and products for the salon. I like that they sterilize all the nail cutter equipment and keep the place very clean.

Good deluxe pedicure. And I LOVE the way it is so relaxing, the lights being dimmed is an excellent touch. The only minor problems were the leg massage was really rough. I asked her to go softer and she did for a few seconds then got hard again. But she was still good in other ways.. Just hopefully she will be softer next time 😃. I rated a 3 because my pedi cost 45 dollars but when I got to the register they charged me 50 dollars. I dont understand that. I was going to tip but didnt because of that. Also, I had my pedi done yesterday and my paint on my toenails is already chipping off.

I visited Savvy Nails over the weekend and loved my experience! I scheduled my appointment with Julie. I arrived on time and they got started right away. The attention to detail was amazing. I told her exactly what I wanted & she delivered. Her professionalism and work ethic are the best by far. I will definitely schedule another appointment in 2 weeks !

Such a spa atmosphere. I love this place so much and they are able to do trendy nails, which I love. Everything is at a great price. The only con is that there shellac starts to fade and look really nasty.

Its all good in the hood...until its not. My fingers were sore for a week! Tore Me up & when I started asking questions about licenses...come to find out, she didnt have one!

Not as happy with this place as I used to be. Last several times I have been cut. Too rough with files. They are constantly talking in their own language which they never used to do. Not as relaxing as it once was.

If I could give them zero stars, I would. Worst place to get your nails done. Please avoid this place. I pointed out to the nail tech that my nail was crooked and he claimed it was my finger. He fixed it though. After that he just pretty much was just grabbing my hands forcefully. After he was done two other nails were crooked. The lady at the register and him were talking in the own language and im 99% sure it was because of my nail because he kept doing hand gestures (with the finger he had messed up on). He just had a nasty attitude after I pointed out the flaw. Not worth $45. I dont see why people talk good about them.

Absolutely, undeniably the BEST nail salon EVER...Im not young lol...Ive been to many many many nail salons across this country ....Never found one this awesome.... The ambiance is calming...low lights....relaxing music and nature sounds. Amazing technicians and all at a great price. I LOVE my Savvy Nail Salon !!

By far the best experience ever!!! The place is very clean, they use new plastics linens every time, they disinfect their instruments every time, ( Huge Plus for that!! I have seen places using same pedicure instruments for every body) nice relaxing music, awesome ladies and gentlemen. Over all, if I could give them 10 stars, I would of!!!!

The facility is very cozy, relaxing low lighting and comfortable sofas while you wait. However, the scent of acrylic is very strong. It is stronger than other visited facilities.

Terrible. I called at 3 and they said they didnt have a spot open until 6. Because of the great reviews I decided to book and wait. I showed up at 5 min till 6. At 630 they put me in a chair. At 7pm I booked somewhere else and left... with wet feet. Ridiculous.

If I could give a zero !! It would be a ZERO. lady doin my nails seemed drunk or maybe even high . Her an another work never spoke English the entire time, a lady beside me commented about us not understanding them. She laughed historically . An then openly attempted she was talking about us. I will never go back nor will I refer them to any of my customers that come in my salon..

The first few times I went there I loved it. Quite and relaxing atmosphere. Last time I went, the nails I got were horrible, thick and she eat my cuticles up with the drill.

Very long wait.. was told 30 minutes, waited an hour and a half. Pedicure was bad. Nail not completely covered. This has happened the last several times I went. Im taking business elsewhere now.

If I could give no stars that would be more appropriate for the poor poor service I received! First the guy who did my nails on a Friday night was using regular clear top coat for gel nails which made my nails look dry. I called after I realizing how bad they looked and a lady told me to come back that following Saturday I did and she got the same guy to do my nails and when he was done it was the exact same result he was about to do it again until the lady brought him the gel top coat smh I left again with shinier nails but realized the shape (supposed to be coffin) was really really bad. My nails are NOT pretty at all and Im highly dissappointed that I paid $40 for a refill and they look so bad. My nails are lumpy and look like roaches!
