Love this place! Great staff, very friendly

I’ve been coming here for two years. It’s the best place, I always get a gel manicure. The polish stays on for two weeks or more, never chips and they don’t put it on super thick either. Even with an appointment you do wait a bit, but it’s worth it.

These are the rudest, most unprofessional, horrible nail technicians I have ever encountered. I remember once I went the day after my aunt had committed suicide, and I was talking about it with my nail technician. She said “we all call you the complicated girl when we see you walk in” because I once asked them to re-do my topcoat that had turned yellow and completely peeled off the next day. I cried while she did my nails and she never said a word. Then one time Kelly was mad that she had to wake up from taking a nap in the back for my appointment. When I handed her a tip, she snatched it from me and threw it in her drawer without a “thank you.” Kelly, you should have learned in cosmetology school that a smile every once in a while will prevent frown lines.That’s fine—you can call me The Complicated Girl. I call your shop The Crooked Shop. Crooked nails, and even more crooked nail techs. :)

We were in Texarkana (08/2018) for a wedding, and my wife, her sisters, mother, and niece went to Kelly Nail & Spa on Richmond Rd. for manicures…a girls’ day out on a Saturday afternoon. They reported that Kelly’s was clean, bright, and very busy. Staff were in graphic t-shirts, shorts, and sandals/flip-flops...for the most part, staff acted professional, but Kelly Nail & Spa did not feel like a professional shop. My wife got a manicure by Kelly (the owner), who was very nice, very attentive, and very thorough. One sister and her mother also purchased pedicures. They reported being satisfied with their manicures and pedicures, but they mentioned that their manicures and pedicures weren’t anything more nor anything less than other places they have been for beautification and relaxation. The other sister and my niece were not satisfied with their manicures, as they reported that the gentlemen attending to them seemed to be in a rush and unengaging. They reported that they did not get hand massages/lotion like the other three and were dissatisfied with the overall visit. Apparently, Kelly’s was very busy (Saturday afternoon), and instead of reporting a delay, they tried to push as many customers through as was possible…this cut down on customer service.Two of the ladies voted for three stars, two of the ladies voted for four stars, and the mother was undecisive and voted for 3.5 stars. All reported that they would try a different place the next time they were in Texarkana except my wife, who really enjoy Kelly’s (the owner) manicure.

I absolutely loved this place!!!! The girls were so friendly they made me feel like I was right at home. Its wonderful here I would HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone. Definitely going back!!!♥️♥️♥️

I decided to take my niece to get a manicure and pedicure for homecoming. After I got a nail polish change, I wanted to run a few errands before my grandmothers funeral. Before I walked out the door my niece was being moved to Kellys station. Her pedicure was done. When I came back to get her, her manicure wasnt done and her husband was working with my niece. My niece informed me that other people went before her, which I didnt understand because she was there first. Frustrated because we had been their for two hours. I could understand if they were busy, but they werent and to top it off, her husband was rude to my niece. Overall, this was a horrible experience for someone who was grieving and trying to change the mood for my niece. We will not be going back!

WORST EVER! She was the only person I go to UNTIL I got my nails done Friday and by Sunday they turned brown, from WHITE TO BROWN! I went to get them to fix them and they tried to charge me $15 to fix they cheap polish job‼️ IF YOU WANT TO BE HUSTLED OUT YOUR MONEY AND TIME THIS THE PLACE FOR YOU! One star is not LOW ENOUGH! Not to mention I paid $45 for a basic jell manicure!

They Do Good Nails But Getting Your Nails Done Is Suposed To Be A Judge Free Zone, They Have An Advantage To Speak Another Language And Use That Against Us . Then You Ask For A Price Before And When You Get Done It Goes From $35-$50 And That Does Not Make Since! Good Nails BAD SERVICE .

Came in November 11th around 6pm. Once I walked in a man walked up from the back and LITERALLY ASKED MY AGE!! Why should my age matter?? Anyways I told the man at the desk my age and what I wanted (full set acrylic nails with powder) and he immediately sat me down, went to look for the colors I chose (bringing back the WRONG ones) I politely let him know that they were not the colors I had chosen and he literally argued with me till he brought out the color samples and realized I was right. Once he began doing my nails I noticed he was on FaceTime with someone...not once did he ask me if I liked the length of my nails or if it was how I wanted them the ENTIRE TIME. Once he finished shaping my nails I notice one of the ends of my nails was crooked so I politely asked him to fix it, he yanked my hand a weird way and almost violently filed it straight. I let all of that go because I had saw that a full set was only $25 and I know I had gotten a shape and it was powder so it would be a LITTLE more than $25, which I was fine with however, when he was done he had me wash my hands and my nails were done nicely so all I had to do was pay... I don’t know if they automatically include the tip as part of the price but I know good and well that my nails should NOT have been DOUBLE the normal full set price...yeah that’s right, he said that’ll be $50. I said “$50?! Why?!” His only response was “because it’s solar powder” and put his hand out waiting for the money. Being in a rush and being sick with bronchitis I did not have the time or energy to argue with him at the time but I will be going back and talking to a manager or hopefully an owner to discuss his rude behavior. I WILL either get a refund for what I was OVERCHARGED for or a free refill.

The people here are extremely nice and gentle and make sure you like everything!! I got a faded French tip and it’s beautiful I will be coming here from now on 👍🏻

If I could give zero stars I would. DO NOT go there to get your eyebrows done or a pedicure. My eyebrows were so uneven they literally looked worst than when I walked-in. Their eyebrow room is not clean. Their pedicure ladies havent mastered basic nail polishing.... GO some where else!!!!! DO NOT waste your money.

This is the very beat place to get your nails done in the Texarkana area! The staff is so friendly, and they know the majority of their customers by name! I will never go anywhere else!

Terrible service. Long wait and the man did my nails standing up. He would paint one coat and walk away and come back later and do another. He was to busy to care if his service was good. He didnt do the lotion at the end but charged full price. Gel nails with chips and rough places. Horrible job.

..Mrs. Kelly & her staff were so kind to me, saw how bad my powdered tips were and gently removed them, filed.& shaped my real nails which look beautiful...and treated me so sweet.....I also saw the tips they put in two other customers and they were gorgeous...I will be going back...they are a family business and they were so kind & respectful, not pushy & rude like other places....very impressed I hope you all will try them out...& their prices are reasonable...I will say that I will not be returning to R Nails for several reasons....if you are looking for a great nail salon try Kelly’s....sweetest folks ...God bless them for being so nice to me tonight....

Nails didnt last 3 days. Could return to get them fixed Im sure but you shouldnt have to if done correctly the first time. Plus I live 45 mins away which makes it more than inconvenient. Paid $90 for Mani/pedi and certainly wasnt worth it.
