I would not recommend this salon to anyone!I stopped by because the salon I normally go to was packed and got a pedicure it’s seemed as though she wasn’t doing the overlay correct but I let her continue. In the end my right toe was lumpy and the shape was wrong. I explained to her she said it was the polish I chose. I went home and many other people said the same thing. I called the salon and a man answered saying they were closed and hung up. I called back a lady told me to come and it would be a 45 min wait. Very rude and unprofessional!

Got the more expensive pedicure. Lasted less than 20 minutes. Hurt when they cut my nails. Barely any massage. Usually love a hot stone massage but here they use no oil, so it hurt. Then they were complaining to patrons about another patron who just left. Pick a different spot for pedicures if youre like me and really look forward to a feel-good experience. If you want to pay $50 for having your nails polished with a very limited color selection, this is your spot.

Told the woman I wanted dipped coffin nails. They didnt have the first three colors that I wanted. So when she did my nails she did them acrylic and not dipped. Which was not what I asked for because they have to extra file it down to look like a coffin and not thick. The black stuff got in my nails and its stuck in the acrylic. And when she painted it clear its not smooth its runny and bumpy. She needs a little bit more practice shes not experienced like the other ones. Im probably not going back cuz this is the second time.

Always a plus when your technician remembers and catches up on life with you. I could really see the difference when she does my nail. The shape is excellent, gel stays on for the longest time, and the the way gel is put on is just flawless!

The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. Color selections are amazing and Ive been treated so well even when it was my mistake with a color that they made right. I will definitely be coming back :)

I’m really picky about who does my nails. I’ve used the same nail salon since I was 16 but I moved to Texarkana last year during when Covid first started the shut downs and couldn’t get them done. So today I went and tried this place. My sister recommended them and I was kinda worried about it. But let me tell you, this place was amazing. I only sat for about 25 mins which is normal when it’s busy season. My nail tech was Everly, I told her what I wanted and she went right to work. She made my nails look natural and not too thick. I was very pleased with the atmosphere and how she did my nails. 5 stars across the board. Thank you Everly!!

The nails on one hand were longer and shaped different than the other hand and on the second day 2 popped completely off and the next day another. I would have went back to get them to fix but I left to go out of town the night I got them done.

So Chi did my nails and she is Trash. They cannot do Ombre nails and after exactly 1 week, 3 of my nails are cracking on the sides and splitting in half. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

Horrible..will never go back, nor will I recommend this nail shop to anyone. Chi did my nails and she is Trash. She cannot do Ombre Nails and then charged me an extra $5.00 because I asked for a second coat of clear gel polish ove what was supposed to be Ombre Nails. But exactly 1 week later (Today) 3 of my nails are splitting in half. I got a full set Ombre and was charged $75.00, I took my little cousin for her bday to get a mani and pedi and her bill was $65.00, she is a kid...smh..NEVER AGAIN. Worst money I ever spent.

Polish wasnt dry when they dismissed me. Price was great but rather have Good quality work with NO RUSH. PEDICURE was mediocre.

Came in with my sister for a full set. The tech I had cut up my cuticles, none of my nails are the same shape, and theres bubbles in my gel. For $55, Im very unsatisfied. I definitely wont be coming back.

Terrible! Gel nails only lasted 5 days. All started peeling and coming off. Went in to see if they would redo them. They only redid 3 nails. Told me I would have to pay full price to fix the complete terrible set they did.

Did a rush job

I’ve been a frequent customer for almost 3 years now. I like going here because the nail techs are friendly and actually want your business. Today, I noticed a very small issue that was happening with each nail after they were dipped. The owner (I think) came and finished them for me to ensure I was a happy customer! I’ve seen her do that multiple times. It’s always clean in there, too!

Went with my daughter on a Friday evening by Tuesday the next week both our nails were coming off. They were so thin. Not to mention the techs act like they wanted to do what they wanted and not what we were asking for. I was really hoping to find a place close to were I lived being that I justed moved here. They treated us the wost.

I went to City Nails and Spa with my daughter for the first time and each worker was very hospitable and respectful. They took there time and did my nails and toes an they were excellent.

I made an appointment for a Saturday at 6:45 for a full set and they put my name in the book. Well I show up for my appointment at 6:45 and they were closed. I needed my nails done for thanksgiving so I go next door to Best Nails and Spa. He closes at 7:00 but he took his time and stayed an hour late just to do my nails when he could have been going home to his family. I will never go to City Nails and Spa because of this.

My daughter went today for prom nails & they not only did a horrible job but were extremely rude to her. I called & tried to see what happened then was told twice it was all her fault. They had her move chairs 4 times, when trying to show a picture of what she wanted she was interrupted. I thought the customer was always right but apparently not at this business, will NEVER go back.

Excellent service. I got a pedicure and it feels like I have new feet. They even offer free bottled water and sodas.

I go here every two weeks or so, and they are always so kind. Great service and nail designs.

Only place I like to get my nails done in Texarkana. Prices are fair and the nail techs pay special attention to detail. Best times to go (as always) are in the middle of the day during the week 😄
