I will not return. A salon should not judge a book by its cover. You never know who you are providing a service to.

This is the best nail salon in Texarkana. I have been twice and received an excellent pedicure both times. My daughter also got a pedicure this time and they did a phenomenal job. Thank you Rose Nails!

Went for pedicures and to get eyebrows and lip waxed. I sat down and she started filling the bowl with water VERY HOT... then somehow water started spraying me everywhere! I was soaked!!!! Against my better judgment I stayed because I was with a friend. I went ahead and got my eyebrows and lip waxed now two days later I still have a rash all around my lips! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

The lady that did my pedicure did a decent job but my friend wasn’t so lucky. They had to swap out people mid-pedicure because she couldn’t even paint! Then my friend requested a design (a simple flower) and none of them even knew how to do it! Ridiculous!!

Went to get them done for my birthday and they were so bad and super dirty I was not happy! This was after I left....

Best in Texarkana and neighboring towns!! An absolute hidden gem! The owner is fabulous as well as a wonderful skilled staff! Ive had the best manicure here, threading, waxing and fabulous facial!! Will be a repeat customer. Im extremely particular on everything and am extremely pleased with my experience and results. Amazing !

I literally just left there after sitting in the chair for 20min with no water ran for my pedicure and no interaction with the staff after they told me to pic a color and sit down. I could understand if they were busy but I was one lady getting a pedicure and another getting her nails done in the entire establishment. After sitting there getting my free back massage in the chair I finally get up and say “I can’t wait any longer, I don’t even have water to soak my feet” the staff looked at me then went back to doing what they wanted without even acknowledging I got up. Maybe I’m invisible today cause they didn’t even try to keep me as a customer as I walked out. 😒 Just Rude!!

Got a pedicure here! Loved the ambiance, and the massage, oils, lotions and hot towels experience here, but I felt it was just a little rushed. My toenails are super glossy and I love that, but I had to do a touch-up as soon as I got to my house, because she had gone over the cuticle (not a good look) I didnt check before I had left for some reason. Other, than that, the whole staff is very friendly and everything seemed pretty clean.

Selene did an awesome job on my nails and took pride in her work. Thank you so very much. I will be back for sure.

I used to come here all the time about two years back and never had a problem this time she buffed my nails WAY too much and now i have clear spots showing through my dip color.

I walked into the place with my boyfriend to take off my acrylics that grown too long for work. Im new to the area on a several week contract and wanted to let my nails take a break.The woman who took care of me didnt seem very personable. She only told me that it will be $15 and it will take a long time. I told her it was okay and Id return to tomorrow to get gel polish. My bf and I were in a rush to grab food since it was our last day together before he left for work in NV. I left there happy my acrylic was off but had a weird feeling about going back.The next day after work, even feeling uneasy about going back to this salon, I returned. I walked in and asked for gel.Here is where it gets frustrating...The same lady I saw yesterday instructed me to wash my hands while she was using her phone. Once I finished washing, I sat down with my hands ready infront of her. For 10 MINUTES I waited for her. She sat in front of me on her phone for 10 minutes. I was getting ready to get up and walk about. Never done that before but after a long day at work, I was losing my cool. Then when she saw me pick up my phone she put hers down and brought the gel color book to me.I quickly picked out a color and she went behind me to the area they keep the gel powders. I noticed it was taking a while so I looked me behind me. There she was sitting on the chair on her phone with the gel powder in her hand.In my mind I kept thinking maybe she is having a bad day or something is going on. Trying to just empathize and relax my mind.She finally comes back and starts prepping my nails. During that time I second guess my color and asked to see the book for a quick moment. She grabbed it and held it in front of me. I looked around to find a lighter shade. As Im about to pick a specific color she says you picked 109, its good. I said its a bit different and Im not sure about it. I felt rushed so I just said fine.This is where I lose it (in my mind). She paints one nail on my left hand then puts it in the UV light then grabs my right hand, paints one nail and puts it in the UV light. I ask why she is doing that, out of the 10 years getting my nails done I never experienced this. She tells me that this is the way its done. Im just all confused and remain quite. This is taking WAY longer than expected.After about every nail getting painted 3 times and it coming out faded I ask her why does it look that way. She tells me some colors do that. I told her if she told me that was going to happen in the beginning when she noticed it I would have changed the color. Instead I grew more frustrated and debated on leaving without tipping her.Finally, she finished but my nails looked unfinished. Im too hungry to even care at the point. I left with still giving her a tip soley because I know Id leave there feeling horrible if i didnt.I know it was a long review but I wanted to explain the whole story. I hope this helps.

This is like a 5 star hotel.. Beautiful, immaculate, friendly, soothing atmosphere, professional, sanitation is beyond anything I have witnessed, equipment is top of the line, and the techs are very knowledgeable and experienced. The owner genuinely cares about the customers... I felt soooo pampered!!

The lady who did my pedicure did a good job. But a young woman who was asking me what I wanted went off in a tirade in Nepalese because I didnt let her to my fill the way she wanted. I am not real smart and I am not real dumb, but I can figure out whatever she said wasnt good because she spoke in a language I didnt understand. I dont know her name but she was young with a blue clip in her hair. The older woman didnt want to do wanted done on my full. She said there were too many mistakes on the previous pink and white application. She wanted to take it all off and put a new set on. Of course for more money. I think it is incredibly rude for someone to speak a language in the presence of those who dont understand.

Owner over charged me for both dip and pedicure. When I called to ask i got a lame excuse. Do not go to this nail shop! Ask for cost to front, I was charged to remove previous dip! Issue is I was visiting and she charged more because I wasnt a regular! Wow way to do business!

I will never go back. I picked a dip color and it was suppose to be a deep purple with gold glitter and I got lavender with purple sparkles. The lady kept telling me no it’s right it matches while another employee kept trying to go behind her to find the right one. Pedicure was good but everywhere else I have been did the stones and wax. Which are my favorite parts. Oh and they charged me for a treatment that has always been included in all my pedicures before. But as I was getting my pedicure I was very disturbed when the nail tech was talking to a customer and the customer was trying to explain what she wanted and the tech cut her off and said you listen to me first. RUDE!!! Definitely need some education on customer service!

By far the best Nail Salon in the Texarkana area. I have been using them for over 10 years and the owner is alway there and involved in the operations. She is very conscientious about cleanliness and her employees doing a great job. Unlike many other nail places she keeps her employees so you have the same people each time and they can understand some English. Her employees are fully trained and will be glad to accommodate any needs you have. I am a diabetic and very particular when I have a pedicure done to minimize any chance of problems with my feet and infection. They always take their time to make sure they do it correctly and sanitarily. Best to call ahead or make an appointment as she keeps a small crew of quality employees and is not in a rush to run people through like they are cattle. The do their job well and even though they may be slightly higher priced it is well worth the quality. Its great in todays world to have someone you can depend on time after time to provide a quality service

Very bad service I feel like I was Miss treated I sat there waiting as everyone walked in the door got treated right away I continually had to wait for my service. Very over priced .I do not mind paying for good service but that was no good service
