Walked in Saturday morning to make an appointment. Stood around for 12 minutes waiting for someone to greet me. Made eye contact with several ladies but we’re too busy to even say hello. Then called from my car and someone finally picked up the phone after it rang like 10 times. Didn’t make an appointment.
