I’ve been going here for years and I’ve never had a problem, they’re usually super nice and do a great job. Well, today I went and this gentleman sat me down and immediately had a bad attitude, when I told him I wanted to paint the tips black he told me no. Well obviously he did it anyways, he messed up one of them so I politely asked him to fix it and he again told me no. The nails are very crooked and and some are longer than others, they don’t look good at all!

A large group of our family came into town for a funeral. We called ahead and told them there would be 5 of us, and while they wouldn’t take reservations, they assured us they could fit us in. When we arrived there were 7 of us all getting manicures and pedicures.The space was amazing. The pedicure chairs were arranged in a circle so we could all talk together during the first half of the process. (When we did manicures, we were spread out across the store, but still able to see one another. Some got gels, some got acrylics and for mine I asked for a specific design (I brought in a photo) and they matched it perfectly.Everyone was thrilled with the amazing service and the quality of the work as well. This is definitely the place to go!

I scheduled an appointment for a Brazilian wax. Ive been getting these for a while, so I can understand some issues coming up, but this experience was absolutely ridiculous. When I booked the appointment I was told the service would be $55. That is the most reasonable price in my area so I drive OVER AN HOUR to make this appointment. After checking in, I waited for over 20 minutes. During that time I was never offered a water or even an expected time for my service to start. I was finally (rudely) waved to a back room and waited ANOTHER 5 minutes for the waxer to show up. I laid out on the table and she told me the service would be...$150. YES, $150!! I was SHOCKED! I asked her to explain what she thought a Brazilian was and why it wasnt $55 as advertised, she described a bikini wax. So, either shes lying to save face or this business knowingly misleads with false advertisement. I promptly got up, got dressed, and left. It scares me to know that they also provide permanent makeup. If they cant even be professional about waxing I would be terrified to see the damage they do with a tattoo machine.

Took my mom to get our nails done. They did a great job on both of our nails. They were friendly & helped us right away. I recommend them to get your nails done right.

Staff very friendly and do good work. My complaint are the TV stations all with closed caption on. The 3 stations are Fox News, Newsmax, and OAN, all political opinion stations. Would much rather see home improvement, Discovery or something besides the nauseating right wing political stations. Businesses should not get involved in politics unless they dont mind losing a few customers. I am going to try a different salon next time.

If you want the best nails, for your money. This is definitely the place.

It was wonderful!!! Walked in and seated within minutes. Unlike other nail shops bc you dont have an appointment a 3-4 hour wait. I definitely will return!! Sadly I messed up my own toes by not letting them dry!!!

Will never come back to place my finger nails look horrible not shaped. Requested dip and didn’t not receive this service. The dip was applied as acrylic nails. The colors we requested look dinghy and darker than we asked for the nails are crooked. My pedicure they did not remove my calluses at all not even a little. My nails the missed a whole part of nail when painting. I asked them not cut my nails and they started cutting anyways. They quoted one price than at check out it was higher than quoted. They were rude and did not listen to our input what so ever. Did not pay attention to the details. cuticles not handled either

My wife and daughter were in there this evening. the lady that did my daughters toes messed it up completely and then every one of the other workers came by and just laughed. my daughter and wife were both extremely uncomfortable and to top it of they did fix the issue. extremely unprofessional and I would not recommend . I am not a happy daddy/husband

I generally really love this place but today they were just stacking people up, not keeping up with the ones they had. Typically it takes me an hour and a half for a pedicure and nails. Today it was 3 hours. I had to remind them I was there to get my nails done too. Then is was such a rush job that Im not happy with the results. Not a good day today.

This place was extremely unprofessional and did not clean their tools. My nails looked very poor and I got a toe infection from their pedicure. Do NOT come here if you want a sanitary experience or for the staff to treat you with respect.

Went in Tuesday morning. Pedicure and manicure both with gel. The lady who did my feet filed them down until they were raw and hurting. Then she thought she was spraying alcohol on my toes but she actually stayed Tilex on them. Will not be going back. Be warned that this is what you are paying for with them. $120 and this is what happened.

It’s beautiful in there they are all very nice and greet you as soon you way in. The lady I had was super sweet and friendly 10/10 will definitely go back🙂

Im not sure if my nail tech was in a hurry, if I just came on the wrong day or what, but this set of dip nails is not great. My previous dip was barely soaked off, much of it was left behind and shows through the new color. The purple acrylic liquid and brush technique was used with dip powder instead of the actual dip technique which seems to have left them with sort of a dingy finish. There was no clean up or attention to detail along the way, and Ive been picking left over gunk out from under all of my nails. He did a decent job overall. I doubt Ill return for future services.

The man who did my gel nail was not sociable at all which is ok no biggie...but he had a cold shoulder and he also completetly screwed up my nails!!!he did not clip my nails did not do my cuticles or prep my nails before doing the gel nail and the tips. Now they are very sore and swollen... I will not be going back there nor will I be recommending anyome eirher

Got both my nails and eyebrows done, both were excellent. The wait for my nails was about 30 minutes because it was a busy day. However, the man who did my nails did them quickly and efficiently. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he did it perfectly. The lady who did my eyebrows, Jenny, was super sweet and did my brows well! Overall a great experience and will go back!

My nail tech was incredibly rude, did nothing I asked for, and once I confronted him about it he told me he was already finished and he would not fix my nails. His attitude was terrible the entire time and I felt racially profiled. I will not be visiting this location ever again.

When I originally came in the gentleman that did my nails really did not do a good job. They were thick, lumpy & you could see my old dip through my new nail color. It was a mess. Over the weekend I contemplated calling them or just sticking it out. I decided to call & I spoke with Kevin & he agreed to take care of me. That same day he fixed my nails & they look amazing! The best that I have ever had them done! They were exactly what I wanted. Usually I go to the nail salon & it’s somewhat similar but he was spot on! Thanks Kevin for giving me a beautiful set of nails & for taking care of me! I’m giving 5 stars for the cleanliness of the salon, the price, & for KEVIN!

They always give me the best pedicure Ive ever had. Very thorough, attentive, and overall great at what they does. I also brought my niece in for her first pedicure. And she was very satisfied, and loved painted little flowers on her toes so much. Love it!

The ladies are all extremely sweet. Not snobby at all. I spoke with the owner and she genuinely seemed appreciative for the business. Its only a matter of time that this place is packed. Cant wait to go back!

This place is wack, the old man couldn’t do a basic polish properly partially because his hands couldn’t stop shaking, my nails are uneven along with the polish and he didn’t paint my entire nail so the perimeter of my nail is naked and I can tell that they were using low quality products. I’ve gotten my nails done frequently for the past 15 years of my life and this by far has been the worst manicure of them all.

Nail tech barely spoke to me, took 45 minutes for someone to start my pedicure after I sat in the chair.

Definitely going to come back here again when I need a manicure done! The services is just that good. Really love how stunning my nails looked.

Vicki and Kevin are the best! Plenty of staff and chairs so you can usually get in when you want to and their massage chairs are the best Ive ever sat in.

Very nice and clean, but the employees are rude. I was rushed to pick out a color for my nails. The guy literally told me to “hurry up”.. My nails are suppose to be coffin shaped some of them are uneven or simply not covering my whole nail. I pointed out the mistake to the guy his reply was “ohh it’s ok”.. Now the lady Tiffany that does eyelashes and eyebrows is amazing. She will be the only reason i return to this shop !!!

My sister and I went there for my birthday. My water was scalding hot, so I stood around for ten minutes trying to get someone to add some cold water. The man that did my pedicure didnt say one word to me, took a phone call in the middle of my pedicure, and didnt say thank you, thats it, move along or anything. He just started cleaning around me while my feet air dried. The man that did my sisters pedicure didnt use the cuticle cream or lotion before grating her feet. There was a guy walking around with a receipt, showing it to the other workers and laughing about it. This same guy was wandering around eating pizza. I was not impressed.

Have never had such an amazing experience gettin my eyebrows done! Great work, attention to detail and love for their customers!

I usually prefer Don when I go, but he was VERY RUDE this time. They need to learn to treat people right thats paying them. I will not be returning.

Older gentleman technician seemed to have no clue how to give a pedicure. I was unable to communicate directly with him as he spoke zero English. Owner was nice.

I go here to get my eyebrows done and sometimes my nails. I came in this morning and they were REALLY rude. I will not be coming back.

This was my 3rd time there getting a pedicure. It had been a long while since I had been there when I paid $25 for a pedicure. So when I went to pay the girl said something to the other girl that was going to take my money in Korean. I handed her a $50 and she gave me $15 change. I didnt think they had went up 40% but I am a rookie and took change a left. I see now that the site quotes $25 and there are no $35. Next step up is $40. I do remember her trying to upsell while she was working on my feet but I just said no, just regular. My feet were in bad shape but that doesnt mean she can decide on the amount tip. I had planned on giving her $5 tip and that would be generous. I figured I had just got screwed but just wasnt sure and I decided not to give her $5 more. Glad I didnt. On top of that the pedi was decent nothing great and if she feels I had bad man feet and didnt like messing with them then find another job!! THEIF

They are expensive but they are open until 9:00.

I literally was just there at 11:30 TODAY 9/21/18 and had pedicure and had the gel polish put on my toes and it is now 1:30 9/21/18 and it has ALL PEELED OFF, in sheets!! So unhappy!!!
