Requested brow tinting, pedicure and regular manicure. Got a price. At time of payment price increased $20. Lady explained technician didnt speak or understand English well. Definitely not returning!

I paid $45 +tips for pedicure, as I waited for my nails(which got called to work so never got).. I figured I’d indulge on myself a little bit, extra foot care, but I definitely did not receive a worthy pedicure, I got a hot towel hot stones with a swipe up and down my legs no massage at all, the lady was friendly just rushed thru it, the other lady was very nice, just didn’t feel I should’ve paid a premium price and didn’t get premium service.

Loved it!! The ladies took care of me so well and the massages that come with the Pedi make you feel like youre in heaven! Even waxed my eyebrows (they were looking a little scary!)

Omg.....the pedicure was ok. The lady doing the pedi was sweet. Im so ashamed of my nails I will have to go somewhere else to get them redone. The place was dirty and smelly. Awful. The owner seemed nice with the small interaction we had.

I loved it. I got a regular fullset, coffin shaped. I went early. It was quiet, the people that were there were very friendly. Kim did her thing. She got me in and out in no time. The price was awesome and I love the work that was done. My cuticals are in one piece and my nail beds arent aching. I would definitely go back. Thank u guys

Oh gosh where to begin!!! Took my 6&9 year old to get pedis for mommy/daughter date!! They took forever to start on us! When they finally started the water was to hot and burned my daughters legs!! My 6 year old they clipped her toe and made her cry!! Then I wanted a design which they couldn’t do (simple flower) ended up paying $95 dollars for pedis which didn’t even get full pedis that we paid for and the service was horrible!!! I have pictures to prove these statements!!! Would NOT recommend!!! Angels nails is the best I’ve found in this town!! I only came here bc it was after 6:30 and angels was closing!! Will not come back again!!!

I loved this place the first time I went. The lady was very friendly and it was a great experience. It seemed to be clean, except they don’t use the tub liners. The second time I went wasn’t as great. When I walked in the door I got a whiff of a mildew type smell. I didn’t think much of it until it was too late. When I left, I kept smelling that same mildew, yucky smell. Come to find out, whatever that was, had saturated everything it touched. My hair, the back of my shirt, the back of my truck seat, and my brand new purse all had that awful smell on them. I got the smell kind of out of my clothes, but I can’t get it out of my leather purse and I can still smell it in my truck. I’m super disappointed.

Wow, my very first time to the store and I am very impressed! When I walked into the store I was greeted. The service here is amazing! They gave me amazing selection on deals. I didnt feel as if I am being ripped off or anything. Affordable, fast and friendly service. Got a shellac manicure for the first time and I love it! Thanks Luxury Nails!

Horrible service. They don’t listen. Maybe they don’t comprehend, but I guess it would be hard to communicate with a language barrier. Still, the guys in there don’t know what they’re doing at all, but they’re the ones doing most of the work. If I’m paying a person to provide a service, I do not feel like I should have to tell them how to do it. If you have a license, then you went to school, right? So, why they don’t know how to do a basic pedicure, I have no idea.

Was terrible service I called appointment for 3 headed time still waited for 2 hours was the worst pedicure I’ve ever had she hardly didn’t anything to my callus no massage on legs are hot towels and it’s say on the inf included and I look down after I left realized my big was already missed up and I seat there for another 40 minutes after waiting on my granddaughter get finish so I didn’t mess up myselfAlso the lady made me feel bad about not getting the deluxe pedicure ask very loudly twice I called before going was told for my 3 year would be 10. They charged 20.My oldest granddaughter was going get her nails also decided not because toes were badly done and the waiting time was so long. I talk with manager she wouldn’t do anything

Amazing value!! Good prices ...but the level of service and skill was amazing. They provide a high end spa experience in a nail salon setting. This is my new go to place ( and Ive tried them all).

First and last time here keeping telling the man how I wanted my nails and keep saying he understood me but he didn’t do what I said I was really really mad but just paid my money and left so I am letting everyone know don’t go here my lesson and 25.00 . I really don’t know how they got 3.9 but they need a 0.0

Absolutely loved it here!! They are super sweet. Very easy and patient with children I took my 3 year old daughter to get her nails done for the first time today and they were so amazing with her! I also got my nails done myself, I told my nail lady I wasnt picky and I wanted something different but simple and to surprise me and she didnt fail me!!!

They elderly man doing my nails had to keep repeating and undoing his work, because he either forgot to finish fileing my nail and on my nails polish it look to clumpy. One of the workers asked if I liked them I responded truthfully that I was unpressed with the glue all under my nails. Right after I told her that she started to talk to the customer behind their hand and looking at me, while the customer was nodding her head. I was not being rude at all I just paid for my nails told them thank you and left.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! If you want crappy service this is where you need to go. I told the nail tech that I had thin nails and short nail beds and she said ok as if she could handle them. Every design I picked she called ugly and and laughed at. When I chose the one I wanted, she kept trying to modify it and change the colors. She put the ugliest crooked black squiggly lines on my nails and threw some glitter on top. I told her I was displeased and that she could do a more basic design since she was struggling with easy one I requested. She attempted another design and it looked like a 1year old playing in paint did it. I told her to take it off and that I wanted the color with no design. Of course she got an attitude and threw my hands down... Yes she threw my hands down and walked away. As the customer I am entitled to being satisfied and she had no interest in that. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS SALON!

I love this nail salon for long time and i wouldnt go anywhere else but this place. They always give me the best services which i never had at other nail salons before. My favorite services that i always have here is Manicure and Pedicure. The lady who always take care of me is very friendly and talented. She always satisfies me with her amazing works. Honestly, its hard to find a great place like this nowadays for reasonable prices, cute staffs and great services. If you are looking for a trusted place to have your nails done, this is the place. I had the WORST manicure of my life. First of all, I left with all my fingers bleeding, the guy filed my nails nearly down to the nail bed, he nicked my engagement ring with the drimmel tool, and on quite a few of my fingers there was a chunk missing from the sides where he cut deep into my nail bed. It took nearly two hours to just do a dip manicure. Also, when he was cutting my nails he kept telling me short, and I repeatedly said no I want to keep them long. I got short nails. I dont know about the other nail techs, but this man ruined my nails.

I walked in for pedi and gel nails. They immediately said pick a color, which I did. They said you want 35,45, or 55? They couldnt tell me the difference, just the prices. They started with pedi but halfway through it another customer came in and started talking with the lady that was doing my nails. They obviously knew each other. She said do you have time for me? The lady doing my nails hurried through the rest of the pedi, polished my nails and then did the lotion. She told me to go sit in a different area for my fingernails and then she started working on her friends pedi that just walked in. No one ever came over for my manicure. I finally just got up, paid for the pedi and left. Terrible customer service!!! Very rude and unprofessional. I will not be going back.

The best nail place I ever been in Texarkana. All the people are very nice and fun to talk to. Great price. Overall, A+ experience!

My husband took me by here to get nails done while we were visiting from out of town. The lady was rude and the gel color selections were limited. She was unable to do the picture I gave her. The prices say $25 for full set on wall but she say it $30 or more for nails. I ended up get just plain nails that she used the pink powder on and it was not cute plus she made it so thin that my nail broke just days later I would give a 0 if I could !!! Very unhappy with bad service, false advertising and lack of skills from this place . BOOOOOO GIMMIE MY $25 dollars and $5 forced tipped back

Had my nails done on a Monday by Thursday of same week they looked 2 weeks grown out went back in that Thursday would not fix my nails looked like a 5 year old had some them for 65$ very upset.

I Hv been going to this nail place for almost 17 yrs. Best nail place in town. Only had one bad experience and it was when a male (young) did my nails! Kim is the best nail tech and Nikkie is the best pedicurist! I do miss Lexy. The new ppl that hv come in in the last 3 months I am not impressed with.

Wow, I am really surprised with Luxury Nails Spa. They have such a clean salon. The staff here is very nice and welcoming. They did an amazing job on my mani/pedi. I love their amazing selection of nail color, deals, and their comfy pedi chairs! Recommend Highly!

. I waited 2 and a half hours to get my nail fixed that came off after 2 days .! It cost me $45 for nothing . They total disregarded my daughter and didn’t even do her nail, even after being reminded several times .

Really going to miss this nail salon, first time here and I had probably my best experience ever at a nail salon, very high quality services provided here, staff are very professional and talented when it comes to their job, and the salon has that welcoming atmosphere that every nail salon should have.

It took 2 hours just for me to get my nails started . After they finally started my nails where crooked .Then next day 2 of my nails fail off .I and very disappointed with the service I received.

They will remove your overlay nail with a fake nail damaging your real nail. Dont go to them. I have now used nail salon that soak your nails to remove the overlay.
