The service is good and the family is clean. This place was very welcoming while we were evacuated from Hurricane Ida.

Either the laundry workers are stealing clothes or they friends are...left my clothes for 10 minutes came back they were fone...only thing management says is they not responsible...do not use this laundromat they are horrible

This place and the ladies who work there are a godsend to me. Havent gotten my washer and dryer hauled to my place yet,so the fact they do my laundry is fantastic! All the staff is great. They get it done very fast and folded! Plus the cost is cheap. I even got messaged when they had finished with my clothes. Place is very clean. I use them almost every week. One less thing to worry about in life is my laundry.

Attendant refused to break a $20.00 told me I had to use the coin machine. Last week the nice attendant did break my $20.00. I wonder how they give change when someone pays for their wash and fold with cash. Good thing is we found Funwash laundry mat to be cheaper. I work construction and have lots of coworkers that live in campers that have to do laundry I will definitely get the word out about how rude we were treated.

Clean facility and helpful attendants. The only downside is the size of the establishment. Fairly inexpensive and timely. Always a more fun experience than the local alternatives.

Only issue that its never 1-2 inconsiderate people leaving there clothes in washer and dryer its been 3-4. Mangers know it, & refused to take any action.

Very good place to wash my clothes and blankets and the machines really get the clothes clean.

My washer quit so I had to take my laundry and wash it. You can drop your cloths off and the attendant on duty who will wash, dry and fold your cloths for you. They charge by the pound. Restrooms clean. Nice and cool. Nice and Clean washing area. Change machines available. Good washers. People were talktive and friendly.

The only reason i didnt give five stars is because they are not open later than 10 p.m. other than that, this place is very clean, helpful and polite attendants, and there is no riff raff hanging around like at the fun wash. This place is a safe place to go and wash.

Very nice laundromat! Clean, quiet, reasonable prices. The dryers dont have a minimum time, so if you need just a few more minutes you can put in a single quarter. Also, quarters and NOT TOKENS.

Its a nice laundromat is clean they keep it fairly well maintained its just the owner will not put a bill breaker in the laundromat so that you can change a 20in this for fives or two tons or whatever so that you dont end up with $20 worth of quarters because the staff cannot break the bill some of the staff have shrill short tempers they dont need to be in the business but you know hey maybe they had a bad day

Giant washers avalible, change machine on location and staff always on location. I felt safe with my daughter and they had plenty of machines. We didnt have to wait at all.

Disappointed in the fact that the water pressure is too low and timers are inaccurate.Dont like being told to wash my stuff in warm water because theres not enough pressure for cold.

Fell and busted my knee in the parking lot, and had to finish laundry before going to the hospital, but its easy to move around in this facility and the attendants are always nice

Will not go back. Had to wash a load twice. Staff are not allowed to tag machines or refund money.Other patrons tried to warn me but I naively thought I would get my money back if it didnt work. I was wrong. I have NEVER had this kind of trouble in multiple states.

Store is nice and clean people are pretty friendly up has two nice clean bathrooms but I dont like this fact that if you go to an employee that is doing the taken laundry you cannot break a larger Bill like a 20 into two times so that you can use to change Ur to use their machines to wash your calls this policy needs to be changed on a healthier people out because otherwise Ill go somewhere else although use the Pacers nearest here are too expensive

If I could give this laundromat 0 Stars I would. Decide to do my laundry at this new and improve laundromat instead of my hometown biggest mistake Ive made today. Paid $6 for a super washer the washing machine did not wash my clothes did not even start them not only am I out of $6 but Im also out of laundry soap and softener. The machine malfunctioned not my fault asked the attendant if I could get my money back her statement was I cannot give you back your money due to store policies but I can move your clothes to another location. I informed her that I did not have time that I had used one of the bigger washaterias do to the fact that Im short on time and have to be almost in Memphis at 4 a.m. in the morning. She said the policy was against giving money. It had to go back in a machine. I asked her if I could donate it to one of the other washing customers because I did not have the time to stay and wait another 25 minutes for my washer to go through. She stated that she would have to give it back to me and another washing machine or I would not get a refund. She stated she was not allowed to give it to any of the other customers even if I was donating it. Again she repeat herself like a broken record like I was too unintelligent to understand that they are money thieves and then considered of anybody elses time. I went to work I busted my butt and I made that money why cant you give back my money its not my fault your machine broke. It did not render a service like it was supposed to so why cant I get a refund? A very horrible experience I dont plan on attending again. My advice it might be nice it might be clean but Ill keep my rundown little old Podunk Washateria with half broken machines then use this very inconsiderate laundromat again. Sincerely a very teed off customer.

The lady behind the counter, smh.. blonde headed chic.. Very rude,.. For the amount of money I paid to have my laundry done, she snatched my debit card from me, through the receipt to me and slung my card back to me.. VERY RUDE.. VERY!!!! I RWALLY WANTED TO SLAP HER.. BUT I DONT LIKE JAIL

Customer service was rude and would not give me the owners name. The laundry mat attendant is not allowed to break change of a twenty so you will either get 20 dollars in quarters or make change before you arrive. Allows riftraft to hangout.

The employee called the police on me after I told her that the washer put yellow stains on my whites!! She kept starring at me so I asked her was there a problem do I need to leave she picks up the phone and call the police and asked me to be banned!! Really had the police come in front of my kids like I had harmed her or some and all I was telling her that it was stains in my clothes!! 🤦🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️ Being that I was banned for nothing what can I do??

I recommend this place. Everything simple and easy. Banknote handling machines work. Change mainly the quarters. Sufficient parking. Right next to it is a hand car wash and vacuum cleaner.
