This place USED TO BE great. Despite the sign, there’s no attendant. Most of the machines are clogged with fabric softener and bleach or broken and turned off. 9 out of the 24 washers were out of order and/or turned off. The dryers do work well. The change machine has been “out of order” for well over a month. Today a dead butterfly was in one of the bleach dispensers!!!?

Machines are broken with no sign on them so you go filling with detergents and fabric softener and when you try to put coins in find out theyre not working. Their change machine steals from time to time. I lost 1.50 because it only gave me $8.50 for a $10. Frustrating because theres nobody to call or behind the counter. Very dirty with trash everywhere.

I patronized this laundromat two times (5/20/2021 & 6/1/2021) and will not be returning. The machines that work do work well, I used at least 3 washers and 3 dryers each time. However, both times a machine was not working that was not labeled as out of order. It is not the customers responsibility to figure that out. Machines should be visibly labeled as Out of Order or at least be taped off. Each of the two times I used detergent, fabric softener and bleach alternative supplies before realizing that machine wasnt working one way or another. Each time I informed the establishment and each time my supplies were not replaced. The first time their error was acknowledged but attendant was unable to reach decision-maker. The second time (today), I called a posted number and was told that the machine, #10, was turned off earlier today and so it should not have been used. Now how was I supposed to know that? How utterly frustrating!

Nice place but night staff is playing really loud inappropriate music like Kevin gates!! Not a good place to wash if you have kids with you

Loaded washer # 18 and place my money in machine error message read Balance. Called main number hoping it would roll over to a manager # or at least voicemail box. No luck. Machine took my money and had to spend more on another machine.

It’s a little pricey, but it’s clean. The attendants take care of the machines. It’s never too crowded. They are enforcing their mask policy. Clothes come out clean and dry.

I just moved here and this laundromat is the best. The washers and dryerare new and work great, the place is clean, the roller carts are in good shape. I will definitely be returning

I just want to say this is literally the best laundry in Texarkana by far💙 i will definitely be back . Its so peaceful here. Nobody bothering you trying to get money out of you . I love it 🥰. And the wash and dry experience is fast . The front desk work shes awesome keep the good work up hun 😁

Clean and staff was nice...is a new one so it will be clean..bathrooms are also clean
