Very clean good machines thats a weekday morning

This is where I do my laundry every week. Its pretty clean, for the most part. Dont usually see many machines that are out of order. Theres always two TVs going, so thats pretty cool. If you have to leave your house and go somewhere to wash your clothes, this isnt a bad place to be.

Some of the washers was out of order with no sign indicating it was out of order . Fun wash must be fun to stay at as homeless people stay there at night .

At first I was almost angered at having to spend $10 minimum (for 1 load?), plus the detergent and fabric softener (machine wont take tokens). Then there is a $1.50 minimum for the dryers, but tokens are $1 coins......all those negative feelings went away when I read a tiny sign saying something to the effect that machines also take quarters.

I was able to get in, get my laundry done without having to wait.

The dryers are great! A large load of clothing from my super-capacity washing machine came out bone dry in 35 min in the smaller dryers (cost 1.50).

I like the large washers, although I do NOT like how they offer to repay you if a machine has taken your money, I should be refunded the same day a machine takes my money. Also there should very well be a staff member there at all times especially to clean up..but those are just my thoughts.

Nice and clean. The lady who works there is soo nice and helpful! My machine stopped working and she came over fixed it, restarted my cycle and offered me free laundry soap! I will definitely return. 😊

Fairly inexpensive for a laundry mat. They offer the abilty to buy one use detergent and bleach. Plenty of commercial sized washing machines with the more traditional household style readily available. An individual can get in and out in without devoting 2+hrs of their day.

Needs to be cleaner inside . Its realy dirty and homeless people sleep inside on the floor. No one is there to disinfect or clean .

Was decent enough. Havent been too a laundromat recently to comment on prices. Most of the machines seemed to work. Theres supposed to be WiFi but the only open network was the neighboring Dollar Generals that was basically unusable.

This place is always clean and the attendant is so nice.. Love doing laundry here cuz it feels like home..

For the most part, Fun Wash is a great place to do your laundry. Conveniently located next to a Dollar General Store. The facility is well managed with an attendant on duty. Open 24/7 for the service of your convenience.

Its great in the daytime but no place for a female after dark alone. If they do something about this problem Im more than positive they would make more money

I live out of town and my brother was in a rehab hospital in Texarkana needing some wash done. This laundromat is clean and safe place. The attendant was so helpful and coming to me to explain some things. I had not used a laudromant for years. Thanks for such a good experience.

Friendly staff and washers are open

The employee on shift was so very sweet. I put a $20 in the token machine and I only needed 10 dollars for one load and she helped me trade cash for tokens with the people walking in the door. I was very thankful for her.

Is it a safe place ? Is it clean ? Do the machines work properly ? Are the prices reasonable ? Does the staff meet my expectations ? Yes ...to all the above ! Id definitely recommend this place !

After my washer went out I was searching for a good laundry mat. Unfortunately in the town I live in we have two laundry mats that are horrible and dirty and machines dont work. I decided to drive 30 miles down to here and I will say I am very pleases with this place. Instantly walked in and it was clean and i was greated by staff instantly.I used the commercial machines and they were great. Def worth my drive! I will be returning!

Not your typical hot steamy laundromat. They usually keep it comfortable and clean.They do need some NoSmoking signs, however, for those individuals who think its allowed.

When you need to wash a huge load of bed linens, along with pillows and blankets, its probably better to wear out someone elses machines than your own.Texarkana doesnt have a lot of laundry mats that I know of, and this one is one my friend has used when her machines at home were not working. Granted, the location of this facility isnt ideal. Its late operating hours, though, are convenient when you cant catch some zs and you have things to wash.The largest of their washing machines is one which permits 75 pounds or so. Its a massive machine. To my complete shock, the cost for the most basic setting for your use of this machine is a whopping $11.50 for only about 30 minutes of wash time.Choice of settings above the machines basic wash will cost you even more money--upwards of $12.50 to $14.50 or more--for this machines mid-grade or super wash setting options. At these prices, washing linens and pillows from more than one bed at a time might just bankrupt your petty cash account.I had hoped that this machine would offer a greater volume of water, but my hopes met with disappointment once I observed it running. I suppose the interest in efficiency and conservation of water takes precedence over my need for a more thoroughly soaked, washed and rinsed load of linens and pillows. The volume of water here in this machine is altogether insufficient as far as I am concerned. Thats the problem with all front loading machines. They just dont do the job of those old top loaders with agitators of yesteryear.On tops of the larger washers, a flap door covers the location where you pour in detergents, bleach and fabric softener into separated compartments.Their largest dryer costs $3.50 to start. Of course, you may add drying time by adding more quarters or tokens.As far as I could tell, change making machines offer quarters and tokens, and all washers and dryers allow use of both tokens and quarters.WARNING: Be careful not to exchange your dollar bills for more quarters and tokens than you may need since youll be stuck with whatever the change making machines dispense to you, and particulalry because you absolutely may not redeem or exchange dispensed tokens for U.S. dollars / regular cash. Change making machines do not permit deposits of your coins or tokens for paper money. Also, be aware that refunds, should you be owed any, are not provided by anyone on-site. You must fill out and deposit a paper card to request a refund for any reason. Im not sure how refunds are provided or why or when these are made, whether by mail or what. However, there are no people working as employees here.Activities are monitored, albeit from afar, at all times. Multiple video surveillance cameras are recording all activities while customers use these facilities.Its not the cleanest place, really. It should be attended more frequently than it is, and floors should be swept and mopped more regularly than they had been on the night of my visit. Table tops and chairs needed to be cleaned, too. Trash cans were overflowing and had not been emptied in far too long a time. A water faucet at the sink dispensed water by way of only one working handle.TVs installed for visitors viewing pleasures are too small and dim to actually see from anywhere around their vicinities while you wait. The free WiFi was not a secured network, of course, and its connection to the internet was sketchy. My phones connection to the network was very erratic, though only four people were there at the time and none of them were actually using the laundry mats WiFi.Rolling push carts are free of charge to use while customers visit the laundry mat, which is convenient for toting your lanudry to and from the washers, dryers and even your cars on the parking lot.An unmanned station near the change making machines provides a variety of selected laundry detergents, bleach and fabric softeners which customers may purchase.Folding stations/ table top areas are installed alongside washers, if you should wish to fold before you go.
