Call looking for internet service
They took a following month money $60 from my account after I told them that I have moved. I contacted them and I was told that I should have told them a few days in advance. I asked why should I pay for service that will not be received and was told that is just how they run their business. It was a great company when Michael was there. I think this is my first time leaving a negative review on google
DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOTT Goto this internet provider... 1. They will make you look stupid cause they are stupid... 2.they tell you that you are the reason the Wi-Fi is bad when it was fine before... They will make up horrible excuses for why... 3.they will not what so ever try to help you with the problems you are having I would do the same we are doing, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
I used Sooner Wireless for Networking & Cabling for my Physical Therapy clinic in NW Oklahoma City a while back and was very impressed by the meticulous detail with which they planned and laid out the Network.Im a very detail oriented person myself so its not very often that Im truly impressed by someone elses work, but they really did a fantastic job. If you ever need Networking or Cabling done to your home or business, I highly recommend Sooner Wireless. Theyre the best at what they do.
This business is ran horribly! Do not sign up with these guys. Unless you want to deal with half hazard work and no internet service. And when you call to ask why its not working they are rude and act like its your fault. I also caught them slowing my internet speed down and they said they throttled my internet down so other customers could have faster internet. Yet I pay for a specific speed of internet and they cant even provide me with what I pay for. Go somewhere else, I changed internet and pay less than half for 7 times the speed of internet.
GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!The internet is not bad at all, nothing mind blowing but for price and based on our location it is definitely acceptable internet! The customer service though is unmatched! You call, get an actual person who asks questions and on multiple occasions he would pull his truck over, reset our internet (or whatever it is that he needed to do) and we were good again in no time! I am sad to leave Sooner Wireless but my husband and I both work from home now that it is available we have made the switch to fiber optic internet. I know though that the customer service with Sooner will not be beat!
Nope. Still no internet. I called and told you all that it wasnt working. All I got from yall was a curt answer about how, according to your test, the internet was zooming along. You also told me that it is going to be slow if we are doing something else, like streaming. IF I COULD STREAM, I WOULDNT BE CALLING.
I can’t wait for OEC Fiber!
