This place is a dump. I have watched it steadily deteriorate over the past year and now it’s just a big eyesore. Trash everywhere, leaks everywhere, most of the bays are barricaded off and even the ones that are “open” still don’t work.

2 of the vacuums take your money and don’t turn on. There’s absolutely no way to return your money. 1 of them was working and when I added more money, the timer did not advance and the vacuum shut off.

Have of the equipment doesnt work. This is the second time (with a couple months in-between) that Ive used this place and had something not work. No one is on-site if there is a problem. Be very aware.

The vacuums usually work really good. There is good pressure there. In the past year i have had trouble out of their equipment 2 times. I called the number posted and left a message. No one ever called back.

Put 20 mins of quarters in 2nd bay from the auto wash, only two functions that worked were the high pressure rinse, and the tire and wheel cleaner. The foam brush didn’t even work.. never again will I come here.

I lost $3 in the vending machines $1.50 in the vacuum it would not come on fragrance would not work and then $1.50 on two of the vending machines over there as well not very happy I tried to make a phone call and the phone number is disconnected

Horrible...nothing ever works here correctly. Wont switch to soap or rinse half the time. Go somewhere else

Find somewhere else to wash your car. The vacuum machine came apart while I was using it, the first stall I went to so I could wash the outside didnt work.

Tried to use one but it had something jammed in the coin slot. I moved to another and put $11.00 in to wash my truck. Foam brush was not operational so I basically had to just spray my truck off. 11.00 bucks down the drain. I probably wont go back again.

Great car wash, the only one out of many in Texarkana that accepts a credit card! Only one stall accepts them but it saves having to pump quarters into the machine. Well maintained. Highly recommend.

Heads up.. the card swipe at the self-wash station charges $10 for 8min. I thought it was $2 per swipe, because thats what appeared to be the stated price on the machine if you pay with quarters. If I knew it was $10 per swipe, I would have payed in quarters ($2) instead, or gone to a drive thru wash.Please post clear pricing on your equipment. ThanksEdit: It looked like it held a temporary $10 charge, but finalized to be just $3. So Im glad it didnt cost $10 for 8min of water, but still would appreciate clear pricing on the machines.

I went to this location just to use the vacuums as I had been traveling and the inside of my car was a mess. Everything worked well. The location was fairly quiet considering it was located directly off a main road. Only one other vehicle stopped in during the 45 minutes or so that I was there. There were several stalls with vacuums, but only one actual car wash.

Well maintained and kept clean and soap full. Vacuums seem to always work and trash cans emptied. Always a positive experience.

Never any soap in the sprayer and the soap brush didnt even work. Scanned my card and got charged nearly $10 for water.

Only thing i did not like is there spotless wash is a chemical. I thought it was filtered water. It stained my custom paint. I got it out but thought i had just killed a new paint job :(
