Visited 9/10…. Decent deal… but the prewash lady only hits what she can reach on her side of the car. There are two sides to a vehicle…Update 9/24….Yep, she is STILL only hitting half the car…. Might be time to cancel the premium subscription…. Dropping to one star.Update 10/1…Cancelling subscription. Not only are they still only hitting half the car. The two gentlemen at the entrance of the car wash were unattentive and using very profane language. While their conversation was not directed towards me, my kids were in the car. I do not appreciate it.

Stopped by one location and they were having mechanical issues but they were extremely helpful in helping us find the second location nearby(out of towners). We met Tina at the second location and she was above and beyond super helpful and ensured we had a quality service ina timely manner so we could catch our flight. Very impressed with the service quality. Thank you Tina!

Went there on 08/21/2021 at the Stateline location around 11:30 am. The bay attendant was super rude. Tried calling to speak to a manager but no one answered the phone after calling 10 times. I will never go back to this location

Employees attitude are trash. The dang wash breaks every 5 mins or so. You pay for the best wash and it never gets the bottom or the rear of the vehicle clean.

The long black washing strips that rub back and forth that are supposed to wash the car are actually leaving a nasty film on the passenger side of the front and back windshields (and probably vehicle too). This has been going on for a long time and thought by now Zips would have it cleaned or replaced. Also the track is always messing up, it doesnt push you out the exit correctly, you fly backwards and the go light isnt on to tell you to drive out. They pull the cars in so close my fear is Im gonna roll backwards into the car behind me. Last thing is the left entry gate has been out of commission for I dont know how long so you can only pay or scan membership in right lane only. If these issues are fixed it would be so much better at this location.

Went to Richmond Rd. Location and as always my car was clean and vacuums worked great

Went through after traveling from MN and got the $20 works. Very poor quality..the left side brush didn’t even work and they never said anything to us. Bugs from a long travel on the front grill and windshield that are still there..I could do a better job with a gas station wiper..cheaper and better quality to do it yourself.

Really bad experience! Vacuums never work, and literally half the brushes in the carwash didnt work. My truck was no cleaner than before it went through. It didnt spray soap until I got half way through. Wasted my money!

The attendants isextremely rude. He wants you to pull up until you are almost touching the bumper of the vehicle in front of you and when you refuse to pull up further he starts yelling at you that you will listen to him. Cant reach anyone at either location. Not the 1st or last complaint on this employee.

I normally hate this location, I frequent the ZIPS on Richmond. And that’s only because Terry will get me right every time.

I dont think I got my money worth I have a unlimited 40 dollar account and some of the brushes werent working for the tires and one of brushes kept flipping my drivers side mirror up, and after I came around for the second time I asked one of the workers to pay attention to some mud I had in my rear wheel I could see attitude there workers are not very costumer friendly

Wash vehicle here a lot but today the change machine took a$10 bill and I got nothing! Leaving a note and if a return call is received, the star will change... Will keep informed

Seems pretty shady here these days. Ive witnessed employees smoking Marijuana in a crown vic a few times parked in the same place every time and some shady deals going down. Just changed so much so quick from the time they opened till now.

Car wash is useless. The worst Ive ever seen. Dirty, doesnt clean, vacs dont work. All the vacs are full of people using them who never had their car washed. Place is a rip off.

Well the car wash itself was great!! The vacuums beside the wash were useless moved 4 times there and none had any abilities to let me finish cleaning my car. If they would turn on the high power it might be with returning but not in the near future. Get the vacuums fixed and repeat business would be good.

Easily the best local deal to maintain your wagon. Your ride will still need hand washing and waxing but for about $15 a month you can keep a clean rig with unlimited basic washes and vacuum usage (although the vacuums are quite weak & often clogged with items I would never consider appropriate for a vacuum) nevertheless, much more economical and less labor intensive vs. dropping quarters, grabbing a pressure washer wand and playing beat the clock.

Organized well but I really wish there was more of a pre scrub .

The represent our State Line well with great customer car cleaning service. And for an added bonus you can vacuum out your car for free.

The one on state line was very unfriendly the vacuum cleaner hose three that I went to was all stopped up and workers were outside gawking at a couple of the women and smoking cigarettes instead of trying to be on the job and getting the vacuum cleaner hoses unstopped very very very unprofessional

We live next to the wash. Usually with no problems. We work late and sleep in late. First thing this morning, and continuing as I right this, woke to loud music from some white car in their parking lot. Ive tied to call 3 times but no answer at that facility.Music is usually not a problem, but at 8:30am while the house is trying to sleep it gets kind of ridiculous..

It was okay but the only problem I had was that the guy at the car wash didnt fold my mirrors in and one of my light covers was loose when I came out of the car wash but it does clean your car

Theres ALWAYS an issue with this car wash. They close early, open late and the employees are in no way probably trained to do there job correctly. I pay extra for them to spay my vehicle down and most of the time I have to remind them to do it. Definitely wont be renewing my membership

Slowest business Ive ever went to!! I will never return. One pay booth didnt work and 2 vacuums didnt work. Waited 39 minutes to get through

They never get all the bugs and bird doo off before the wash ends up waxing it on. Going to cancel my membership and find a better wash.

Great place to wash the car. They seem to run a good business. Does a fairly good job. You do need to towel dry your vehicle. Doesnt quite get it drive away dry.

I have been to this location before and was pleased. However I always have to tell the attendant to tape down my back wiper. I really like the free vacuum. However, today the day after a 3 day Holiday y’all were closed due to maintence I fully understand it might not could have been prevented. But, it would have been nice had you posted on your website. I checked the operating hours before I drove all the way to Stateline. It says open now!

The wash is always good. They broke my rear wiper blade and have not tried to replace it. So secure your car before you go through the wash.

I visited the car wash this morning and the service was very poor. They left the cones up and it was 10 minutes after 8 and they still were not open. They were not answering the phones. They were inside on their phones on their cell phone. They eventually came out and told everyone that the car wash was broken down. That would have been nice to know before I sat there for 10 minutes I will not be back

Clean truck or car. You bet. Vehicle will turn out 🌞 bright and shiny. Reasonable rates. Dont let that last rain keep you muddy clean up now
